History

Established in 2006.

Owner, Rich H, prior service military, started out in real estate manageing class A buildings including serviceing all phases of building operation over 15 years ago. Untill 5 years ago he decided to open his own shop to control customer service and his service quality. These things were lacking as companies continually cut budgets. Not willing to compromise his high standards he has grown his own company to a full service mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance shop open to service both Home Owners, Property Managers, Building Owners as well as buisiness owners.
