This Little Caesers is awful. The pizza I got was so dried out like it was over cooked. I ended up throwing it out.

Horrible horrible horrible! We ordered a vegetarian pizza and crazy bread tonight. When we went to get it, he took out a slip from the pizza that said our exact order. When we got home it was pepperoni and sausage and we are vegetarians. The crazy bread was dried out and so hard. We live 20 minutes away and our son was crying for pizza. Needless to say our dinner and night was ruined. Will never go back. The quality sucks!

I love little Caesars but the manager here doesn’t really understand the restaurant business. I eat here a lot and for starters, I’m not totally grossed out by the place. I told the manager I wanted a free pizza because my last pizza I ate here had a dead fly cooked into it. Not only did she say no, she said the only way I could get a free pizza was if I brought the old pizza back«with the dead fly» on it and showed it to her. NO I’m not saving a pizza with a dead fly on it so I can return it later. UPDATE: The manager is still rude and behaves as if the act of ordering a pizza is a giant inconvenience to her. Also, the pizzas may be hot but they are hardly ever«hot-n-ready» so be prepared to wait if you go to this one.

So there isn’t anything wrong with this little ceasers it’s just like every other little ceasers, it’s cheap, pretty good, and the people are nice. With that said if you try to compare it to some of the local places /local area chains it doesn’t compare thw local places are better. But if you want quick and cheap pizza it’s fine.

Look, I just sat here and snarfed down half a bag of crazy bread before putting the car in drive. I have a literally right out of the oven pepperoni pizza on the seat beside me. I paid $ 11. Am I going to complain about this? No. I am hungry, my standards are easily met in the pizza department, and again $ 11.

Worst service in the world tried to charge seven dollars for an order of crazy bread can’t believe they allow people like this to work in a corporate type store

Usually pretty quick but I think they need to train the people to smile… the people never seem happy… just saying

This place actually has pretty decent pizza. About the same as any other Little Caesars location. Problem is they almost never have their pizzas«hot n ready.» Almost every time I have visited and asked for 1 – 2 pizzas in end up having to wait 8 – 10 minutes… Which defeats the purpose of comfortably«hot n ready» because it ends up being«burning n late.» They just gotta get more pizzas in the oven and live up to the reputation of cheap reliably decent and fast pizza. If I wanted to wait I would have ordered for delivery. Meh.

My wife and I are from Northern Ohio so we were thrilled when we found out Little Caesars was coming to our area! And the pizza and crazy bread taste great, but I would strongly recommend AGAINST getting it at this location. We showed up at about 11:15 in the morning, needing a large pepperoni and order of crazy bread, and we had somewhere to be at 12:00, which I didn’t think would be a problem at all. There was NOTHING«hot and ready», and I can sympathize to some degree. It’s impossible for them to ALWAYS have what you want ready. But there was nothing in the oven. The employee took our order then 2 other orders before even letting the person working in the back know that they should put a pepperoni pizza in. Then they didn’t put the crazy bread in for another 5 minutes after that! Also she never gave an indication of how long our wait was going to be. Soon there was a large crowd of people inside waiting for their orders. During this one of the 2 employees decided she was going to replace the toilet paper and paper towels in the bathroom. She didn’t, because it was occupied, but was that really what needed to be done right then? And was she going to wash her hands when she was done? I’m skeptical. Oh also neither employee was wearing a hair net. We finally got our order 20 minutes after arriving, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Both employees were rude, slow, and quite obviously apathetic. It was a very frustrating experience. The location on Little River Turnpike has never been a problem for us, but we definitely won’t be back to the Commerce St. location!

Welcome to Springfield Little Caesars! I grew up on their back in the midwest so I was delighted to see their co-workers dancing with $ 5 Pizza Signs on Old Keene Mill. Heck. I might even volunteer to dance and advertise their pizza’s! Cheap and hot pizza ready to go without a wait works for me!

Let me preface this by saying the 4 stars are not because the food is 4 star restaurant quality, but rather the overall rating. This means if you are going to Little Caesars you should not be looking for top notch food; it is what it is. Cheap pizza quickly ready at an low price. The place just opened, staff was GREAT and very nice. Hopefully it stays that way beyond the grand opening. Service was prompt. When I got the food home, it was decent for a $ 5 hot and ready deal. Wings were fine for cheap wings. Sadly, this inexpensive fast food of pizza is better than Dominos or Ledo. So if you need a quick, cheap meal to feed a family or friends, this is a great answer without breaking the budget.
