A lot of technicians work there to take care of quick visits (tightening, etc.) so you don’t have to wait much.
CONS
Shady financial office. They charged me double for retainers so after my insurance copay I still overpaid by ~100% the total cost of the retainers. My copay was only supposed to be $ 70 according to Aetna copay document so I paid $ 550 up front (they will demand payment up front) thinking Aetna will copay $ 480 only to find out later that I was only supposed to be charged $ 292.15. Aetna co-​paid on their end 222.15 but I had already overpaid by 257.85 which they refused to refund. They even complained that they did not like Aetna’s copay rates which already shows that they purposefully over charge. If you ask me I don’t care what the dispute is between the financial office and Aetna but don’t pass the burden to the customer…
CONCLUSION
Find another orthodontist.
