Dr. Watson received her Bachelor’s of Arts majoring in Sociology/​Education/​Psychology from the City College of New York (CCNY)

After working several years as a college counselor at CCNY, Dr. Watson received a full dental scholarship from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Watson received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) in 1982

Dr. Watson was a faculty member of Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC/​NOVA) with the dental hygiene department.

In an effort to provide care for mentally and physically challenged patients in long term care facilities and hospitals, Dr. Watson began a mobile dental practice in 1988.

Dr. Watson was also a National Research Service Award fellow (NRSA)

Dr. Watson has had extensive training in developmental orthodontics in patients with mixed and adult dentition.

Dr. Watson continues to gain knowledge to insure her patients receive excellent care in the areas of pedodontics (children dentistry), periodontics (gum disease), and restorative dentistry.
