Quality Inn At Zion Park

this is a very good hotel for the price
the rooms are clean and big enough, mine was equiped with with a fridge and a microwave
of course, we can always expet more but what this hotel deliver for the price is very good

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were equipped with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy.
Key card is needed to access the two-​story building to which there aren’t any elevators.
They have a swimming pool but we didn’t get a chance to go for a dip.
Pretty good breakfast. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately they do not carry any Tapatio or Cholula. The guy who runs the breakfast works pretty hard so consider leaving a tip in the jar.
Restaurants are within walking distance.

We loved the property and had a great place to relax while we were going to visit the Park. The only problem we encountered was that we had some heavy boxes of medical supplies delivered there. (Thank you for that) We had been assured that the staff would help us load them into the correct spot in our fifth wheel trailer. We told them that we would hire someone if they were not able to do it but they assured us not once but four times that it was part of their customer service for us. When we got there and were ready to have the boxes loaded we were told that we were «on our own». Neither of us were in any shape to lift the boxes and it was Sunday. We were in a tight spot and were helped out by some young people who worked at a shop close to the property. All in all it turned out alright except for the hiccup. Just be sure if you need any extra help be sure to hire it as they cannot be counted on to do what they say.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights during the free admission week for all national parks — thankfully we booked our stay BEFORE that announcement came our else we would have been paying about $ 40 more a night. This is a RV/​Camp and a hotel area. We were in building B with no great views but that’s totally ok — we were hardly in our room. It’s what you expect — comfortable beds, spacious rooms, functional, clean bathrooms… The walls are REALLY thin — we were on the 2^nd floor and could hear both neighbors to either side of us. Thank goodness for ear plugs. All interactions with staff were very positive. I was a little thrown off by the envelope on the nightstand from the cleaning crew asking for a tip at the end of the trip — isn’t that included in the price that I pay? The free continental breakfast was good — nothing to get super excited about but it definitely gave you the needed fuel for your morning hike (s). I loved the waffle maker and made myself one every day. The guy who works inside the breakfast area is definitely busting his butt to make sure everything is filled and everyone has what they need. He would also take orders for custom eggs (i.e. over-​easy). He was very friendly. The weekend morning I was there (Saturday), breakfast area was REALLY busy at 8:30 — 9 am. Just FYI. Excellent location to the park — shuttle stop right outside the hotel or an easy 5 – 7 minute walk to the park. There is a general store right across the street that was really convenient when I needed some Icy Hot for some really sore calf muscles from hiking Angels Landing the day before. Free wi-​fi that was decent. I would recommend this place if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head at night and get a good, decent breakfast in the morning.

Extremely friendly staff. We got there a little early, and the staff let us park our car in the parking lot until it was time to check in. They gave us directions to the shuttle into Zion Park and informed us that it was free entrance that day! Awesome! After exploring Zion, we checked in with no problem at all. The room was spacious and comfortable, the a/​c worked great and the shower was fine. This is by no means a 5 star hotel, but a quick and easy place to spend the night with a comfortable bed to sleep in.
When we asked for extra pillows and blankets, they came at once. The breakfast was good and fresh which helped fuel us for the rest of the day. We were all very impressed by value of this hotel, as it is one of the cheapest options in the park and within walking distance to the entrance of the park.

A simple, cheap hotel that is approx 5 mins from the Zion Visitor Center. They also have a campground towards the back of the hotel. The staff was nice and fast on room requests. They serve comp breakfast and it was good. Conveniently located near a general store and some eateries. Would come back here when in the area.

Being that we booked the least expensive property available in Springdale, I was not sure what to expect. I am happy to report that we were pleasantly surprised.
We were in the back building closest to the campground. The building is just two stories, with interior hallways. No elevators. So if you have difficulty with stairs, request the ground floor. Our room was on the second floor with a view of the campground and mountains. It was clean and looked newer than expected. The bed and pillows were comfy and afforded us 2 good night’s sleep after a long day of travel/​hiking.
The breakfast was adequate. Typical hotel breakfast. But the breakfast attendant was excellent. He was super friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. All with a smile. Great assets to the hotel!
The location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the park entrance if you are so inclined. Or the Springdale shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. There are many dining options in Springdale and they are all easily accessible on foot or by shuttle.
We do plan on returning to Zion and will definitely (hopefully) stay at the Quality Inn.

Awesome and comfortable experience! Room was cozy and clean and conveniently equipped. Location’s great, makes driving to the park shuttle station easy and simple.
I left my glasses when checked out. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful and shipping was extremely fast without costly shipping charge. VERY SATISFIED and will definitely stay there again when visiting Zion next time:)

Great place to stay. Good price. Close to the park entrance. Awesome hot breakfast included. We also had couldn’t figure out how to put the bathtub plug down and they sent out the fixer guy immediately! Would def. stay there again.

What others have said is right, this hotel is the perfect compromise between price and quality. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a perfect location make for a great pick.
The hotel is only .4 miles away from the entrance to Zion National Park, with a shuttle stop right in front. It’s also next to an awesome restaurant called Whiptail Grill. We’ll definitely give Quality Inn a look when we’re planning our next trip to Springdale.
Also, they lent us a porta-​crib for free, and the continental breakfast was solid.

Great location and super friendly staff! We got a room with a small patio out front with an awesome view. We had our dinner out there with some wine and it was just wonderful. Great price for lodging in such a convenient location. Free wifi and breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was exactly what my family needed for our trip to Zion. It is economically priced, very clean, the beds are comfy with lots of fluffy pillows, and it includes breakfast. We were on the first floor and had a little veranda outside our room with a view of the canyon walls. The park entrance is within walking distance but there is a free shuttle that runs to and from the park and the opposite direction to downtown Springdale. The breakfast is a step above the usual continental breakfast hotels offer. There were scrambled eggs, freshly made biscuits and gravy which my husband LOVED and cinnamon rolls that the attendant told us he makes fresh every morning. He also made fried eggs to order for whoever requested them. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast attendant (I think his name is Alejandro) was so friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of the highlights of staying at this hotel. The pool is small, no hot tub, It was a bit crowded since the weather was hot so we only used it once for a short time. There is a laundry room with a large number of washers and dryers which came in handy. $ 2.00 each washer and dryer load. You can get change in the office. There is a campground attached to the property and the campfire smell was pretty strong. This was not a problem for us, but might be for someone with asthma or allergies. There are restaurants within walking distance as well as the shuttle to downtown. Springdale is a charming town with shops and lots of good places to eat, although kind of expensive. After checking the menus at most of the places I think they all try to keep their prices about the same. We definitely appreciated having the in room refrigerator and microwave which saved us some money on eating out.
The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is not a luxurious hotel, but I highly recommend it for the all the reasons I mentioned above.

So close to Zion that it is ridiculous. The location itself deserved a five star rating. Half a mile from the park entrance which is about a 10 min walk 20 if you are fat. Plenty of parking. Check in desk and hotel rooms are located in different buildings so sharing the room with 10 other people won’t be a issue. The breakfast is okay and starts at 7am which is a little late for me. The staff was great and rooms are awesome and clean. I love the microwave and fridge. The room is fairly large. RV park next door but they do there own thing so don’t worry about them.

Der Checkin war professionell und ohne Nachfrage mit viel Erklärung zum Hotel und dem Zion Nationalpark. Zusätzliche Fragen konnten sehr gut beantwortet werden.
Parken sowie WiFi sind frei, die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich mit sehr guter Ausstattung für die Klassifizierung.
ImBad fanden wir Haare, wie in sehr vielen Hotels und es wäre ein Einfaches diese nicht zu hinterlassen. Wie auch immer das passieren mag, bei der Gründlichkeit des Zimmers sollte das auch noch drin sein.
Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse reichlich, es handelt sich um ein Continental Frühstück. Frische Waffeln können direkt selbst zubereitet werden, eine Auswahl an Toast und Süsskram, sowie Kellogs und frischem Obst, Säften und Joghurt. Der Kaffee entsprach europäischen Erwartungen und war stark genug.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden hier wieder absteigen. Jedoch nur, wenn pauschal aus Deutschland gebucht, die Preise die hier teilweise verlangt werden, sind extrem überzogen.
Als Tipp zum abendlichen Essen: Unbedingt frühzeitig vor 18 Uhr oder reservieren. Wir mussten bei zwei gut bewerteten Restaurants anstehen und haben beim dritten 20 Minuten gewartet, es war 19h.

I booked this for the location, very close to the park. That would be the only positive for this place. There is another Quality Inn down the street that is much nicer. This place is right next to RV camping. You have to walk through the parking lot and watch out for cars/​RVs to not run you over. The lobby, what lobby? For information pamphlets, sent me to the laundry room. The hotel amenities are very basic. Wifi was horrible. We were in bldg A which was separate and had no elevator. The walls are thin. When people walk the hallways, it sounds like elephant steps. My family & I would not stay here again. They should rename this place to make it clear that it’s primarily an RV park with a hotel attached. Overall, cheesy.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had no complaints — while the room was pretty basic, the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We also loved how close it was to the park. The breakfast in the morning was good and the attendant there (I wish I could remember his name) was super friendly and kind. It was also super convenient that this hotel had a laundry room — we ended up needing to do laundry and that was great. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we were pleased. It is walking distance from the shuttle which can take you into Springdale or the park. The little stream is awesome for kids. The pool is small but great for the hot days. There were lots of people from all over and some families who go to this camp site once a year. The shuttle is close.

This cheap and extremely clean room is located just a 3 minute walk outside of Zion Natl Park or u can jump on the free shuttle right in front.
Free WIFI & Breakfast included … With a nice pool to boot … I would definitely recommend staying here !!!

Awesome location. The last shuttle bus stop into the park and also right across the street from Zion Adventure Company. Very convenient for us all around.
The views from our room was phenomenal. A lot of people were staying at the hotel, but we still managed to find parking close to our room. The lady even informed me we could leave our car there after checkout if we wanted to do stuff during the day at Zion. If you don’t get a parking spot by the hotel, you can park across the street by Zion Adventure Co.
Continental breakfast was included and it had the things we needed to get our energy for the days hike.

Here for 2 nights. We were staying in Vegas and made Zion a must see on our agenda. Words can not express the majesty of the park. However, there are several options for hotels. This one is ok. I like better quality, but honestly it’s only a place to crash after a long day. It has a pool, but it is very small. This hotel is also a campground, which came in handy when we needed a bottle opener! The house on wheels will have one! The room is equipped with 2 queen beds, plenty of pillows, iron, small fridge, and a microwave. It also has a small flat screen tv. The bathroom is average. The towels had a strange smell. It wasn’t a mildew smell, but still linens should be fresh. If we visit Zion again we will select a different hotel.
On the plus side Zion is ¼ mile away with a free bus to the park. The town of Springdale was adorable with plenty of places to eat to suit all budgets.

I’m writing this review in my room after a long day of hiking in Zion. I’m giving this place 5-​stars… but keep in mind that this is not a «5-​star» hotel! It deserves 5 stars because the rooms are comfy, the views are amazing, free HOT breakfast, and I couldn’t possibly be any closer to Zion… and closer and I’d be IN the park! Also, I booked this place on priceline and got an amazing deal for $ 48/​night.
There are TWO Quality Inns on this one street, less than 5 minutes from each other. The other has the words Montclair in it… this one is the one with the RV park. I didn’t stay at the other one, but I think if I did choose, I would choose this one over the other.
First off, checking in here was a breeze. We came around 1pm and decided to see if we go ahead and check in so we could freshen up a bit after driving from Las Vegas. All the rooms were ready to go. They had all the keys set up and paper printed out for all the people checking in for the day. They found my name and gave me the keys.
The room is a good size, big actually for a small looking place. We had a microwave and fridge which was awesome. However, I think the ice machine in my building was broken and getting ice meant having to go to the office. I’m glad we got a first floor room because all the rooms on the first floor have an outdoor patio with 2 chairs!!! The views are beautiful and you are right at the foot of Zion National Park. Behind the hotel is the RV and campgrounds… from there you can access the river and go tubing! I saw 5 deer outside the patio… that’s how close you are to nature!!! Getting to the entrance of Zion takes less than 5 minutes… it’s only about a mile or so!
Another thing I really liked about this place was HOT breakfast was included!!! Fresh made waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, a variety of cereals, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee. That saves you a lot of money and gives you energy for the hikes in Zion! Seriously, $ 48 for a place to stay literally at the entrance of Zion and HOT breakfast every morning… totally worth it!
I would definitely stay here again!
