NTB-National Tire & Battery

Horribly managed. Took my truck there to get an all wheel alignment and clean battery terminals. Advance paid for the 3 time alignment and asked for a printout. The forgot to do the printout and also said the «printer didn’t work». The didn’t clean the battery terminals either. Now a year later, I called recently to get a set of tires and another alignment. Was told the tires had to be ordered and it would take 3 – 4 days. Called back after a week they said store phones are bad but someone would call me. Another week goes by, I called back and was told someone would call me. It’s now been over a month. No call from them. Just bought tires from discount tire. Will give up my other prepaid 2 alignments with them just to save the headache. Stay away from this store.

Don’t waste your time making an appointment. I specifically told them I had to done 1 hour after my appointment. I showed up 20 mins early only to be told that they couldn’t start on my oil change for 45 mins AFTER my appointment. I explained that it would of been nice to get a phone call letting me know that so that I didn’t waste my time & I could find somewhere else to spend my money. The employee (Sean) tried to tell me it’s like going to a dr. s office. No it’s not I don’t wait anywhere for more than 15 mins if I have an appointment. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

4 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment… Unacceptable. They said a mechanic had to leave early but no one called to say it would take half a day.

I purchased 4 Cooper tires, oil change and alignment. Service technicians were very friendly and informative. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and offered cable TV, free coffee/​water. (A soda machine was available as well.) It was a busy day in their shop, but they kept me informed at all times as to the status and even offered me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait. I opted to wait. I am very happy with the service I received and will be using them in the future.

When I came back for a rotate and balance it took 2 hours (with an appointment). I’m sticking with discount tire from now on.

Absolutely horrible!!! My husband and I will never come here again. We ordered a simple tps sensor for my back tire, we have bought all our tires from this location, and we never get a call saying our part has come in. So I call after a week, was hung up one, put on hold for 20 minutes and then when I called back they tell me they never ordered the part! My husband gets on the phone and the rude employee named Marcus offered no apology and made no attempt to correct the issue. Meanwhile my tire is still leaking air and needs to be fixed. That’s ok, we’ll take our business to Pep Boys from here on out.

Great prices and customer service. Work was mediocre, forgot valve stem caps nothing serious.

Been here before and no issues. Today I call to ask how busy they are as just need tire patched. An hour later I walk out …

I bought my truck in yo get the tire replaced. Jeremy was very professional and courteous. One of the best NTB around. They were quick and store is very clean I feel I can trust these guys. I will definitely be back.

Came here around 11 to get a basic oil change and was helped by Chris who told me there was a 30 – 45 minute wait. I made an appointment to come back at 2. I came about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Jeremy who got some basic information from me and took my car back right away. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I waited comfortably in their good sized, air conditioned waiting area complete with seating for about 10 customers, a tv, soda vending machine, complementary coffee and wifi. The oil change only took them 20 minutes and was $ 30.00. They didn’t try to sell me on 20 other things that I needed done to my car which I really appreciated. Definitely will come here again and Chris and Jeremy were very friendly and helpful!
