So my dad taught me to always pay attention to my surroundings — story is I’m getting new tires today and after I dropped several hundred $$ on 4 new tires I noticed a sign that read «$ 70 mail in rebate when you buy 4 Cooper HTP tires». I tell the sales associate and they tell me the sign is old and it’s only $ 50 and its really for the «select» off road tires. I say I don’t care the sign says what it says. Anyways I got my $ 50 rebate and he honored the extra $ 20 for me in cash. Then proceeded to immediately take down the sign — lol. Overall I’m happy they manned up and did the right thing. Would have gotten 4 stars had they not given me the $ 20 w/​o me even asking for it.

Friendly and competent service.
Most recent visit — on the previous visit they noted that the front tire treads are getting worn — but good enough for 6,000 miles. 6,000 miles later, they were worn — they estimated 1 hour to rotate an replace the tires — completed the job in 40 minutes.
They also check and pressure up your tires.

Refreshing service. Great experience. Employees working hard and smiling. As a prior customer with new vehicle tires, they rotated mine for free! Met me in the parking lot with a smile and got me in and out after making a phone appt. so I wouldn’t have to wait the whole time in their shop. Couldn’t have been more smooth — best rotation experience ever! I’ll be back when I need tires. Only bummer is that you can’t turn into their driveway heading east on Louetta.
I returned with another vehicle for rotation after getting «in line» with phone appointment. Had to wait a good ½ hr or so after my time window (back to reality). Still friendly none-​the-​less! 1 for 2 is better than 0 for 2.

We operate a business and have over 20 vehicles. Discount tires is the to go location. They always start high, but you can ask for less expensive tires.
My complaint is there «free tire repair». It’s just a joke and have never been able to get them to repair any nail in a tire. They always try to sell you a new tire
My wife’s 4runner, with less than 35k miles had a screw inside the tire a night we went out. I had installed the spare and asked her to go to discount tire to have it fixed.
To no surprise she called me from the store and said that the salesman said the tire is too damaged and they cannot repair the tire
I asked her to come to the office and I will take care of the problem. When she arrived we found out they had kept the tire and just set the ring back in the car.
We went to the store retrieved the tire. Went around the corner to a small tire shop. Paid $ 20 to repair the tire, install and balance.
Not a happy loyal customer.

Wonderful people. So friendly, helpful, and honest. I love this location. I’ve had hit or miss with some DT stores but this one is staffed by knowledgeable and courteous people. Never A hassle and always fast. Clean establishment, free water bottles, magazines, and no bogus /​dubious recommendations.

Had a warranty issue that I asked for some help with. Bryan took my info said the mfr was closed and that he would call me in the morn. 10:30 rolls around, no call. Called and left a msg asking for my call to be returned. No luck. He wasted my time.

The tires on my 1995 Nissan Pathfinder were worn out and I was looking online at various stores.
Found a set I liked at this store, but had some questions, mainly about if the tires I was buying would fit the rims. Went in last Monday to ask the question and they were answered promptly.
I then made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 5pm to have the tires installed. When I got there at the scheduled time, they took my vehicle back with no wait and started to replace my tires. After about 25 mins or so they were done and I was on my way.
I could not be any happier with the service I received at this particular discoubt tire location.

I’m going to give this 4 stars because I’m just going to give the guy the benefit of the doubt this time.
I scheduled an appt at 1230pm to get a tire rotation and balance. It wasn’t really crowded and I was done in about 20 min. I later went to read the receipt and found that I only got a rotation and not a balance.
I told them that I specified for both in the reservation, but the attendant said he just saw that I only requested a rotation. It wasn’t until I left that I found that I had actually reserved for rotation and BALANCE.
They told me if the steering wheel vibrates to bring it back, and my car ran fine.
I’m just going to let it slide this time and just chalk it up to a simple mistake.
They saw me on time and finished promptly. I’ll try again.

got 4 new tires there today. i had priced the tires i wanted out on the web beforehand to be informed, so I knew I was getting a good price when he gave me a quote. Got them on in about 25 min. Larry helped me and was very nice. I’ve gone here for years and never had any problems.

Whenever I need tires or have tire problems, this is the first place I come. The manager Greg is a good guy, although I feel like he doesn’t recognize me every time I go there.
My only complaint is that, recently my tire has been going low and haven’t had time to bring it in to get it checked, so I have been getting the 1 minute free air checks, and lately I have had to wait 5 minutes or so before someone helps me. One time I even waited 10 minutes or so before I just drove off.

Please do not go here without cleaning out your vehicle THOROUGHLY!
