Recently bought two new front tires at woodlands location and turns out one had a nail in it after a week. No biggie, it happens. They didn’t have the tire so put on the spare until it arrived and I did have roadside coverage. When returned, was given old tire still on rim and new tire unmounted. Seriously? Isn’t it their job to put it on? Returned and was forced to pay another road hazard fee and wouldn’t even mount the wheel on the car. Absolutely crazy! Finally mounted it, left cap off and in trunk and left trunk a disaster. Stay away from this location. I have never had a bad experience at Discount but this was an absolute fiasco, definition of incompetence and lack of customer service. Will never return to this location again and suggest you stay away.

I always have a really good experience with this location. Being one that knows very little about cars and tires (I’m working on my car knowledge), the staff always goes out of their way to make sure you are aware of your options and I never feel like any shady business is going on like some places can make you feel. The staff is always friendly and always make you feel welcome and not like you are just a number, which is the most important thing to me! Recently, I came to get some tire looked at/​changed, and in addition to that awesome warranty, they helped me get a great deal on some great quality tires. No doubt this will always be my go to Discount Tire location!

I came to this location because they had good reviews. Although they didnt have the tire I wanted, they were willing to special order it for me. They called me a few days later saying they had got the tire in, so I came to have it installed. The first time they ended up installing the incorrect tires, not the special order tires I wanted. That was a 2 hour wait to get those put on. I didnt notice until a day later, so I ended up coming a 2nd time and had another 1 hour wait to finally get the correct tires installed.
Not sure I will ever come to this location again, but just make sure they put on the tires you actually purchased.

Just called to set up an appt for a couple of new tires. Rep said they didn’t have them, so I needed to physically come in a put a deposit down on them. Really? Called the Tomball Discount Tire Store and they ordered the two tires ($ 460) and set up my appt.

The service at this location was amazing! Admitted, I’m entirely clueless when it comes to anything car related, but educated myself before going to pick up 4 new tires. They got me the best deal & even upgraded my tires and adjusted the price due to not having the cheaper option in stock. Wait time was minimum, I felt taken care of & informed. Everyone I shared my experience with after reassured me I got away with a steal!

These guys went above and beyond to help me choose the right tires and wheels. I wanted the largest tire and wheel that would fit my truck without lifting it. If I continue to get that level of service in the future, I’ll never buy tires anywhere else.

I went in 3 minutes before closing for a tire change and I was helped by a guy named Jared Terry he worked around my price range and was so kind and polite despite me coming in at closing time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been going to this Discount tire for over four years already and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff definitely knows how to treat their customers. They aren’t over the top and fake either. They treat people pretty much how they would want to be treated themselves. They’ll get to you before you can even get inside the store and start getting all of your vehicle info right away. The longest I’ve ever waited here was about an hour and a half, and that was on a crowded day without an appointment. I will definitely continue to go here for any tire needs and I would recommend them to any and everyone. Keep up the good work guys. It’s much appreciated.

Great service! My daughter’s tire shredded at 5:15pm (she’s fine). I pumped up and put on the temp spare and arrived at this store at 5:55pm. Their stated closing time is 6:00pm. I was welcomed with no hesitation and received excellent service. The price is always good, but that type of service deserves recognition. THANKS!

A few years back I stopped into this location before making a big drive across the country, I received great service, new tires at a great deal. Everyone was competent and more than willing to help.
Now recently after coming back home to Texas I needed new tires, so I stopped in again and received the same great service! I’m definitely a fan and will be bringing friends to this location.
