The burgers were absolutely spectacular. So juicy & fresh!!! Wow I’ve been looking for a delicious burger spot, and I have found it! The staff is so polite and friendly. The dining room was very clean and has such a positive aura to it! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a fast QUALITY lunch!

When I got my drink tonight, all I could think was you had one job, one job!
The drive through is a hit or miss in how long you can tolerate sitting there waiting, and sometimes watching the other lane receiving service and move through a couple cars while your waiting. One would ask why continue to go here, believe me I don’t as often anymore but when I do it’s for just ONE drink and even that is not done right. I’ve been given I’m assuming other patrons drink orders. I mean hey it’s in a coffee cup it makes it black nothing added coffee, right?
But tonight, tonight ONE JOB! Large sweet tea ($ 1.19). Mind you I was the second option of the drive thru hit and miss above, but I decided to practice patience. Ordered, paid, pulled up to second window and waited… Waited… Wait…Ed! Ok here we are a hand off between 3 employees over the counter, large sweet tea?
ONE JOB — someone brewed tea either using a dirty coffee filter basket or hell who knows nasty dirty tar tasting burnt yesterday’s sweet tea! Patience was practiced, product of disappointment delivered!

They were having trouble with their debit card machine, so instead of making me wait while they fixed it, they gave me my food for free! Very polite and friendly staff

Wow… the attitudes I saw from ALL the employees tonight was unbelievable… EXTREMELY SLOW AND EXTREMELY RUDE! I have never had a issue with this location. I’ve noticed within the last few months the managers working just don’t care and service gets slower and slower…

The price on the menu board for a quarter lb with cheese is $ 3.79. They are charging $ 3.99. The manager refunded me the $ 0.20. They don’t seem to have good quality control at this location.

This place is supposed to have a 24 hr drive thru and yet every time I’ve stopped by on the way home just after midnight I’ve been told they’re closed to update the system. If this is the case why doesnt the drive thru light say closed? Also how is it that this happens several times a week? The last time I did order food here. I got a spicy mcchicken and had to throw it out because there was a bone thing in it. Grossed me out. This is a horrible location. DO NOT GO HERE.

Well this one sucks. Two drive thru lanes. Waited in #2 for over 5 minutes with kids. Would not answer speaker, etc. wife finally drove off upset. Annoying to say the least.

Went through the drive through, service was fine, but my drink was awful. All I wanted was a fountain Dr Pepper and what I got was a poor fountain drink that did not taste like a dr pepper. I will usually drink anything with sugar (big sweet tooth) but I had one sip and through it out. Discussing.

One thing we all learned as kids was that, despite its limitations, you could rely on McD being the same wherever you went — a Big Mac was a Big Mac. I have noticed recently that this is no longer always the case.
Stopped in at this new store (closest to home) for the first time at around 6.35am on the way home from the airport. First thing to note was how awfully slowly the drive-​thru moved. Picked up a large coffee — have this probably 4 days a week in Michigan when I am there at work — the coffee in Michigan is great. This coffee was NASTY. Then the Egg McMuffin, hit the spot except for the fact that it contained large amounts of egg shell which totally spoiled the experience. Disappointing.
