Established in 2010.
Caketastic Kreations was started by husband-and-wife Nikki and Clinton Carter. They started by making custom cakes for family and friends and eventually word got out about how awesome the cakes were. Now business is acquired by word-of-mouth recommendations and has spread all through the Houston and surrounding metropolitan area.

I am Nikki Carter, a young and talented cake artist from Houston, TX a passion I gained from my mother and took to a whole new level while now teaching my children about what I love. I am 26, married to my high school sweetheart and have two beautiful children. I have professionally been doing cakes for the last four years while my business has only been a LLC for two. All techniques and lessons I have learned have been mainly self taught but my dream is to one day be able to attend culinary school and perfect the craft that I love.
