First time at this location and it was a good experience. Came here for lunch on a Saturday and they were quite busy, but the service was quick! The restaurant was very clean and we had someone check on us a couple of times to make sure we were okay. I had the southwest salad, chicken tortilla soup and a lemonade. The food was delicious and I’ll check out this location again.

Today a co worker called us in a order and were told it was gonna be ready in 15 minutes. We waited about 5 minutes and headed there. When we arrived there was a line nearly to the door, she went up to the counter to check our order just to be told yes our food was ready but we had to wait in line … They have no «to go» line. This is why it was called in, this is a bunch of crap and I won’t be back !

I ordered a keto friendly chicken ceaser with no croutons. What o got was a crappy salad with overcooked chicken with not fresh greens. Also the bathroom was filthy. I will not come here again.

I’ve loved Mcalisters since I first went there many years ago. Unfortunately my 2 experiences I’ve had at this location have gone so bad to the point to where I will not return. Don’t get me wrong I will eat at Mcalisters again but not that one. I ordered food for my girlfriend and myself over the phone for pick up. They completely botched her sandwich to the point where she had to throw the whole thing away. Being that I’ve worked in restaurants for over a decade I just simply called and explained the situation and they nicely mailed a free meal for the both of us. So once again a week later I called and ordered my food so I could come pick it up. The, what I assume was the owner/manager saw that I had the VIP cards and asked me why. I told him the issue we had before and he apologized which was nice but of course he just wanted to make sure we gave him our business back. So he repeated the order back to me as the cashier rang it up and then ten minutes later I’m still waiting on my food. I called it in 25 min before and it was around 3 pm. There were 2 people in the whole restaurant. I keep standing there in complete site, the owner sees me the whole time but no one ever told the cooks that they had an order to make. Finally he sees that the cooks are just standing around so he goes back there and makes it himself. There must not have been a ticket I assume since he kept asking me once again what was it that I ordered. Long story short I waited inside the place over 20 minutes, when you add the 25 minutes I gave them from calling thats 45 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Once I got my bag I opened everything up to double check it which is what I should’ve done the first time and noticed that our 2 cookies weren’t in there. Finally when I got some ladies attention and told her our macadamia nut cookies were missing she just pointed to a bin and said grab whatever you want from there. I went to the bin and there weren’t the cookies we asked for. Went to the next bin, same story. I went from one end of the counter to the other and finally found them. It was just a really disappointing experience because I like the restaurant and was happy they opened up one near our house because I’d go once a week but after this it looks like it’s back to going a few times a year. My advice: when ordering to go, CHECKYOURFOOD… TWICE!

Best customer service I’ve ever had, nice and clean environment. Everyone was very attentive and made sure that our food and drinks were correct. They also made sure that our drinks were filled before we left the place! Definitely coming back!

I visited this McAlister’s location on its 3rd day of opening, and I’m quite impressed. I came here around noon for lunch and my first thoughts when I walked in this place was its cleanliness and vast amount of space. Of course this location just opened so its cleanliness is expected. As far as the sandwiches go, it was good quality wise. I ordered a Deli Classic with a baguette as my bread and roast beef as my meat. Very tasty. However I was disappointed because I expected the quantity of my food to be a bit more. The service was okay, definitely needs improvement. The employees are all new and seem to still need to figure some things out. My cashier seemed had I very soft voice and had trouble working the cash register, but then I also understand this place just opened. I do however give props to the workers here because there was not one table I saw that was still dirty from the previous customer. Would definitely come visit this place again!
