The company started as a sole proprietor in 1999 and was incorporated in 2004. We provide residential and commercial pest control maintenance services as well as termite inspections for homeowners and real estate transactions.

Dominic G.

Manager

Dominic, with 22 years experience in the Pest Control Industry, is Pres/​CEO of Aegis Pest Services. Aegis began as a sole proprietorship in Oct 1999 and was incorporated in 2004. Previously, Dominic had successfully managed a pest control office for a national pest control company for 10 yrs. Before entering the PC industry, Dominic was a pharmaceutical account executive and started his professional career as a Naval Officer.
