I had my house done. The experience was terrible the drilled thru wires in the back of my house even with the siding off they could see were the wires where. They did not do the garage and was not even told it never got done until 4 weeks later when I called them back to check it. The person stated oh no we did not do the garage. they never returned calls. To this day still no repose after speaking to many people. Very disappointing. Follow up and customer service is not there but they work hard to get the money and then run!!!

Xtermite has great people that are able to help you right away. Brad was very helpful throughout the treatment process and getting us clearance in a timely manner. We enjoyed working with Xtermite, their team is helpful and on top of the transaction.

I had an impressive experience, we had a bit of emergency which was requiring us to change our appointment and they were able to accommodate our change of appointment without a penalty fee. The customer service guy on the phone, Brad, was friendly and helpful. Plus, the two technicians that we met in our home during the inspection were friendly, too. Confession, I actually enjoy the smell of the orange oil product.

These guys only care about the bottom line. How much $ they can get out of you. The customer comes 2^nd. I live in ocean view home in Cardiff, and have been with Xtermite for 10 years. I have never missed a year nor payments. I go to pay for 2015, and now they say I didn’t pay for 2014, even after they came and serviced my home. They can’t find my payment! Now they want $ 700.00. They don’t care that I’ve been with them for 10 years, and all they want is to get paid for their error. If you read the other Reviews, there’s another with the same issue! Looks like they do this from time to time. Choose another Pest Control Company!

Recently discovered more termites again (in almost the same spot as before) and called Xtermite to see if they could help me, since they treated the house in 2011 with orange oil. They gave me the run around for weeks and then told me they lost my file. I wanted them to treat my home again and suggested that I pay them the extended warranty payments I missed (just two of them for a total of about $ 700) and they said I had to start over like a new customer, even though I am not a new customer, and pay the full price like everyone else. I told them that I might as well start calling other companies then for quotes and they did not care. They made no effort to keep me as a customer. Disappointing since I liked their service when they treated my house in 2011. Maybe they don’t need the business? I now use Eliminite Termite and they are awesome to work with, much better customer service and same basic product, orange oil.

Excellent service and great pricing. Plus, a real person who could talk to me about their service and my home actually answered the phone and my lengthy questions. Staff was kind, professional and very experienced.

I love this company and what they stand for. Not only do they explain everything to you, but it makes sence. Why would I tent my house and expose my family to chemicals when I could forever rid the house of termites naturally? So happy this is an option and I will tell all my friends about this company.

When we initially called for a termite inspection, the inspector showed up within two days and did what I thought was a good job assessing the structure. The initial treatment team was there within a week (on schedule) with four workers. They spent two days treating the house. Subsequently, within a month, we began seeing evidence of more termites and called for treatment. That’s when the service went downhill. They couldn’t come out for 6 weeks. Additionally, the material used to plug the little holes they drill to inject the «orange» oil leave white residue at each spot which will require repainting the fascia boards all around the house and that was never discussed before treatment. After about 3 «follow up» visits, it was time for the annual inspection. I called to schedule that and it couldn’t be scheduled for two months. When they finally showed up for that, of course there were many areas that need re-​treatment and that couldn’t be scheduled until two months from the inspection. That’s just terrible customer service. Either they’re trying to make sure my two year guarantee is going to expire with only one inspection or they need to hire a lot more people to provide descent service.
As much as I hate the tenting hassle, I feel that’s the only way to go and the cost’s about the same — $ 1 per square foot.

Xtermite provided an estimate and that was the total price that was charged. They showed up on time, brought all their own equipment, and left no trace other then the small holes they used for inspections, chemical injection and the nice smell of orange. All patches looked professional. I just need to go behind them and paint the little white spots. I have a small house, so the whole process only took about 4 hours. I was able to stay home during the process. They were careful around my plants, and very polite. We are very happy with our experience, and plan on using them again.

X-​Termite is awesome! They helped me to get termite clearance for my house when I was selling it and needed it quickly. I worked with Bradley in the office and he is very responsive and helpful and always comes through! I’ve also recommended their company for my condo community because the homeowners will not have the expense and hassle of moving out because they don’t tent! Manny has also been helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I had 3 separate inspections all done by different contractors and I must say xtermite was more professional then them all. This company is to notch. The inspector (Dezman) that came to the door was helpful and explained everything to me. They are also starting work the next day on my house for half the price. You can’t beat that! Xtermite has a customer for life. I will never go to a different company.

So not impressed. Got termite inspection on July 1^st, was told there were 3 areas to treat and scheduled a time to have them come treat the areas. I just got the report. 2 weeks later and there isn’t «just 3 areas to treat». There are 3 areas to treat and 2 areas to repair. Would’ve been done if I had of received the report in a timely manor. We’re supposed to close escrow tomorrow. This is a problem. And when I called them on it, they tried to blame me and got an attitude. Terrible service.

Called this company after months of dealing with another termite company that didn’t get rid of my termite problem. I talked to Mari over the phone and one day later my house was serviced! I’m very impressed and satisfied with the use of orange chemicals they used to get rid of all the termites! They are very knowledgable, personable, and prompt, and I’m excited to have found his company.

While I liked not tenting, I would find a better company to do the work. We were told that within the first two years any time we saw termites they’d come out & treatment would be covered. We were also told we had 2 annual inspections. At the end of the first year we called & they came out & retreated some areas. About 6 months later we had a spa removed from our wooden deck & found termites. We scheduled them to come out & they treated that area. About 6 weeks before our 2 years were up we called to schedule our 2^nd annual inspection. First we were told there were no appointments before our 2 years were up. Really, nothing for 6 weeks? The 1^st time they were out within 2 weeks, but the appointment was very inconvenient. We asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was really rude & hard to deal with. After we kept insisting we wanted an appointment he then said the last time the came out to treat our deck was considered our inspection. He said they’d been out twice already & unless we renewed our contract, our request was denied. WOW customer service sucks! What about the earlier promise? Why did they have to retreat so much? Our neighbors were tented & 3 years later they are termite free without requiring any additional treatments. Next time & I’m sure we have termites now, we will either tent or find a better company to do the work. BEWARE!

Much better than tenting! But After the initial inspection and treatment they do not follow up — with a 2 year contract you get a free annual inspection and treatment if necessary. The customer service of this company could be greatly improved. I called for an annual inspection/​escrow report an the soonest time available was a month out. Also, they charge you $ 75 for the escrow clearance even if you are under contract.

Multi unit building. Termites left one unit and moved on to new ones. Not really Xtermite’s fault, though not what we were told.
Did not arrive in the appointment window for the return visit.
Did not call when they could not make it in time.
Could not return for over a week.
Could not transfer me to the manager.
I would suggest a different solution.

I’ve never had to deal with termites before, and after reading about how bad fumigating can be for the environment and how costly my quote from another company, we decided to go the natural route. We received a free home inspection over six months ago and the gentleman who came out did a thorough job looking around and explaining what the issues were. When we called, our quote was still active and a different guy came out and took about 4 hours to do our house. For some reason, our back house wasn’t on the original quote, but he went back there and treated it for no extra cost. The aromas of orange peel only lasted about 4 days. Overall, very happy with going natural. I like that they will come out on call and two times a year for two years, and that I can extend my coverage after those two years. And the price compared to the other quote was helpful as well.

I just had a wonderful experience with Xtermite. I was able to schedule an appointment right away for both the inspection and the treatment. They came out on time and were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and I did not have to suffer through tenting the house since they used orange oil. They were also very clean and careful with everything inside and outside of my home.

I sent a message to X Termite’s website on Tuesday afternoon, requesting an appointment for an inspection and cost estimate. The next morning, a very polite and helpful woman called and set up an appointment for John to come out the following Monday. She asked for a brief description of the house, why we thought we might need treatment, explained what the inspection would involve and answered all of my questions.
On Monday, John showed up exactly on time and did what has to be the most thorough inspection I have ever seen. He spent close to 3 hours going over every area of the house, poking and proding beams, rafters and overhang areas and looking for any sign of termites. When he was finished he took me around and briefly explained what he had found in each area and answered all of the questions I had. Before he left he said he would have a full inspection report and cost estimate to me within 3 days.
As promised, 3 days later we received a complete, detailed report of his findings in each area and the recommended treatment. Also included was a cost estimate with several options for treatment and warantee coverage, along with an estimate of how long treatment would take.
We have now scheduled the treatment for this Thursday so I can not comment on that. But, I have no reason to believe that the service we receive during the treatment will be anything but equal to the excellent service we have received so far.
Based on this, we would highly recommend X Termite as one of the most professional, friendly and thorough companies we have delt with.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the service I have received from Xtermite. We are having our bathroom remodeled and found a board that had some damage. My hubby called and they sent a guy out the next day. Rifineo (I hope I spelled his name correctly) checked the areas and explained what he was doing. He was very professional and friendly. I was a bit worried at first about the product, but I am here to tell you that IT WORKS and is a much better choice than poisoning your living space.

I must say John is very thorough! I will also say that Jackson and the crew are polite and thorough. They had so many bricks to move to do the treatment for the subterranean termites.
There was a small snafu with the roofing job and the termite treatment that we had happening at the same time. First there was a difference in date for treatment so my roofing job had to be put off 2 days instead of one. At first I was frustrated about this then I figured the miscommunication happened between my roofer and John. The treatment happened on the date John said, not the one the roofer had anticipated.
We had left the tiles off the roof so the total plywood could be treated. Jackson told me this was not necessary, but when he realized I was concerned he called the office and the roof treatment was completed. Thanks Jackson!
We also had termites in the bathroom in a light fixture. Jackson wanted to complete the job the same day so he called out a separate crew to help wrap up.
I must say overall, Jackson, Levi, David, and Ricky are quite the team.
I was happy to have green chemicals instead of poison to treat these termites. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions they were very thorough.
