We can handle all types of construction projects including repairs, maintenance, window installation, door installation, vinyl siding, seamless gutters, trim work, insulation, and we specialize in roofing tear-​offs and re-​roofs, leak detection, inspection, emergency repairs, and insurance claims.

We also build custom sheds and garages from top to bottom as well as cement work. We believe in using only high quality products and materials from reputable companies.

History

Established in 2010.

All Approved Construction, LLC was founded in 2010 by Craig Wackerle. Craig has worked in the roofing and construction industry for over 20 years. In 2010, Craig earned his builder’s license and began his dream of owning his own construction and roofing company. Craig and his team share a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction and roofing.

Craig Wackerle was born and raised in Michigan, and currently resides with his wife and four children in the downriver area.
