The best customer service ever. Great team of people. My car was finished before the very fast promise date and included a fantastic deal on tires after the owner discovered they could cause accident in future. They even helped me get to the airport to the rental place of my choosing both times. Great personalities, very professional. Highly recommend. Trustworthy. This shop is excellent. I got into a pretty bad accident. Smashed my entire front end. They were fast. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Everyone was super friendly and down to earth. God forbid, but if I ever need any more body work done, I’m coming back. Ask for Adam.

Went in to get some scratches fixed and the owner told us that since the damages were so small, he would fix it for free. I was so grateful considering most places would charge an outrageous amount of money. Great place and will come here again for any future inquiries!

These guys really go the extra mile to save you money make sure you’re kept up to speed regarding your repair. I was literally minutes away from paying a very expensive towing bill for my Audi when Erin helped me add it to my insurance claim. After the adjuster came out to look at the car, I got a call from Adam within an hour to explain the estimate and the negotiations that would be taking place between the body shop and insurance company to make sure the repair was done properly. When I had to come in to get some paperwork out of the car, all of the technicians were friendly and helpful (even though my visit was interrupting their smoke break). The body shop has a contract with enterprise that saved me even more money than my corporate discount did. Overall, it has been great to work with them so far. I work for a luxury car dealership, and if the repairs are as good as the customer service I will definitely be sending thenr my clients in the Detroit area.

These guys are fantastic. Worked around my schedule and provided excellent service. Have used One Stop for a number of repairs. Always on time and the work is extraordinary. My ’04 PT Cruiser with 674 000 miles looked almost new when I last brought it in with deer damage. Adam and his crew were outstanding.
