For a few months now I have had the pleasure of working with Mark. I started buying beads and he has been creative, knowledgable and helpful in translating my designs from an idea into fantastic jewelry. Now he’s working on an opal ring for me. Since I can’t afford a 24K gold ring, he explained to me how he could make a 9K, 10K, 11K etc. (!) alloy for me. Not many jewelers would have the expertise to do that sort of thing. He is also a very nice and professional person and easy to work with. In short, I couldn’t recommend him more. Oh, did i mention that his prices are very reasonable?

Owner is a nice man, but he can’t repair clocks. Took my clock to him 4 weeks ago. never heard from him. called him today and he told me the clock works fine when it’s not in the case, but doesn’t work when it’s put together. He told me it’s going to have to stay that way. WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? Do I hang the mechanism on the wall without the case. This guy should say, «I can’t fix this one, take it to someone else not It’s going to have to stay that way. He’s great at replacing batteries and sizing rings, but that’s all. Don’t waste your time taking a clock that needs more than oiling and basic adjustments. Besides that, they never call back.

Mark is so nice, and very honest as well. I have taken him jewels with a design in mind, or a picture (my favorite ring he made for me from a magazine picture), and he has always created beautiful jewelry. He has a real talent for creating. When it comes to watches, he will replace the battery for next to nothing, depending on the watch. I have bought a handful of rings and necklaces from him for myself and my daughter all of which we love. I can’t imagine trusting another jeweler as I trust Mark.

My family has been a La Memoire customer for over 25 years. Mark has made many fine jewelery pieces for us, his creative and crafting skills are fantastic! He looks after our watches and our grandfather clocks. When it comes to jewelery and time pieces, it’s one stop shopping. We don’t need anyone else!

I can’t say enough about La Memoire. Mark is a fabulous master craftsman jeweler, with superb customer service. For many years, I went to him just for watch battery replacement. However, lately, Mark has also handmade a number of beautiful rings and necklaces for me in both real gemstones and CZ (I get mostly CZ because I can’t afford most real gemstones). He also has repaired jewelry for me – costume jewelry, as well as fine jewelry. Mark and his wife make me feel that I am just as important as the customer who always purchases fine jewelry. They are wonderful human beings, as well as great jewelers. Try Mark — you will not be disappointed.
