We are proud second generation watch makers. We sell and repair watches, clocks and jewelry. All the watches and jewelry that we service are fixed on premises and never leave the store. We take pride in what we do and love to keep our customers happy.

Established in 2006.

i started in the watch & jewelry business in 1988 and opened my first watch store in south pasadena in 2006. we have a complete watch repair lab and we are an official repair center for omega, rado, longine, hamilton, tissot, movado, ebel, concord. we also specialize in Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, pateck. certified chronograph specialist certified by (american watch and clock institute)

I started as a diamond setter at the age of 12 and moved into watches with my uncle at Tic Time puente hills mall, as an apprentice at the age of 15, and never looked back since. I love watches and i am fascinated with mechanical movements, a basic mechanical watch movement will move 350,000 parts in a day. That is just incredible!

Matt and gene are awesome. I took in my luminox for a repair and they not only took care of me but they also helped with a strap ive been eyeing for a while. They didnt sell that particular strap i wanted, but it was currently on a watch for sale. They said they could ordrer it for me and i was like «ok, cool» but right there and then they told me that they would just take it off the watch sono wouldnt have to wait. Talk about great customer service! This is definitely such a great little spot, and i highly recommend it!

First off they have a great variety of nato strap bands! I went in there today to get some spring bars for a vintage Tudor watch I recently acquired. The gentlemen at the front was very welcoming. I spoke to the watchmaker who was very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond answering a few questions I had about the piece. This place has an excellent variety in all price ranges! You can tell they are passionate and serious about what they do, next time im in the market for a watch i will definitely stop by, thanks guys!

By far the best watch (and jewelry) store in the Pasadena area! Been coming here for years, to both the old, and this «new» location. My wife and I had purchased numerous watches, and had many batteries replaced. Jean had cleaned my wife’s wedding diamond and had the ring’s prongs checked. He also had restrung my wife’s pearl necklace. It’s very hard not to walk in the store and not walk out with a brand new watch! The selection of watches are very up-​to-​date and contemporary. Jean and Tiffany are the nicest professionals I’ve met… Guaranteed great service with a smile!

These guys are fantastic. A few months ago I got water in my favorite watch and they were able to get it out no problem and get it working very quickly last week I had two batteries replaced in under 10 minutes. The prices are always very reasonable. And the customer service is friendly.

As soon as I walked I was greeted! Very friendly and kind customer service. I took in my Daniel Wellington and they helped fix the battery in a jiffy. They suggested if the problem continue then to send it back to them. They were so nice! I’m glad I chose this place.

If I could give this people zero stars I would. They ruined my beautiful engagement ring! It took them a whole week to get my ring resized and when I picked it up it was crooked and the engraving was gone. He had the balls to say that my ring and I quote «was a pi of piece of shit» are you kidding me??? I don’t know how he calls himself a jeweler and professional. So I give him one star and the middle finger!

This is for watch battery replacement only. I stopped by with my husband’s watch for a new battery and was quoted $ 12.95. I thought it was a little expensive so I didn’t get it done here. I took it a few days later to a watch store in WLA and changed the lithium battery for $ 6.95, and that was the more expensive price for lithium battery. They were nice in the store, but unless absolutely necessary, I wouldn’t shop here since the price obviously is way more expensive than it needs to be for a battery replacement.

I have a Rolex date just 30 years old one of the pins on my bracelet broke I went to other jewelers 3 to be exact and told me the have to order the parts. Really there only pins just because it’s a Rolex. I took it on to vanas jewelry in south Pasadena and when I walked in there was a man named Jean I told him the problem he took the watch to the bench a couple min later it was fix I said how much he said no charge I said really he said he could buff out all the scratches for about 150.00 dollars. Wow Rolex wants a lot more. This place is a gem definitely Wil get all my business. Highly recommended.

I have come here on multiple occasions for repairs and battery changes on my watches. They do excellent work, prices are reasonable and the staff is really friendly. I’ve brought my Rado, Armani, and even my Seiko watch and they have treated each with care. Totally recommend them.

Stopped by here to get the battery replaced in my Tag watch when I decided to inquire whether they could fix my husband’s watch.
My husband’s favorite Tag had been broken, sitting in a box for almost 2 years, and the last Tag dealer/​watch repair had quoted me a price of half the value of the watch AND said it would take a long time AND there was no guarantee they could fix it.
This place; however, quoted that the repair would cost HALF the price the other shop would have charged. And, the turn around was faster than anticipated. Further, they were so knowledgeable, he knew the exact reason it had broken and warned me how to prevent it from happening again.
Any other watch repairs and I am definitely returning.

Great customer service!
Over the last few months, I’ve watched my Seiko watch hands slow down and do weird things. The first sign it was failing was when the seconds hand delayed and skipped a beat every two seconds. Then the watch started to delay such that it had the wrong time. One day, it stopped completely.
Hoping it was just battery replacement, I walked into Vana shortly after opening hours on a Saturday. I was welcomed and greeted by a friendly man (the owner?) He took my watch, replaced the battery and reset the watch to the current date and time in about 5 minutes. Very quick service. Upon paying, he gave me a punch card for «battery and band club». Buy 10 bands or batteries and get $ 10 credit. Cool, but I sure hope these batteries don’t need replacement too often.
Price: $ 12.95 for battery replacement.
4 stars for easy and quick watch battery service.

So I was in a bind after Pasadena Watch Company completely messed up an order on a special & particular leather band for my husbands favorite watch… I called Vana and the owner was SO sweet and helpful and made a point to re-​stock exactly what I was looking for and was able to call my cell phone the very next day with what kind of options he came up with. AMAZING customer service!

Went to get a battery replaced in a nice watch and was told by the man that the old battery had apparently leaked and ruined the movement, so I would have to replace that for $ 95. I said I’d think about it and took it home. I was able to open the back and it looked fine inside, so I took it to another watch shop. The guy there replaced the battery for $ 8.75 and sent me off with a perfectly working watch.

I am almost shocked to see this business has so many good reviews. My experience here was nothing but unpleasant. The closest thing to «thank you» I heard from the people «uhuh» (when I said «thank you, have a great day» to the woman) and the closest thing to «hi» or «hello» or «what can I help you» was… none. What’s wrong with them?
They took 7 days to fix a broken necklace chain. Glad replacing battery was done on the spot. I am not coming back.

After weeks of haggling and dealing with terrible greedy jewelers in finding an engagement ring god willing found Vana Watch and Jewelry. I beat myself up because I should have come to Vana first in that I had purchased several watches from them when I lived in South Pas.
There aren’t enough words to describe what amazing customer service Jean and Tiffany provided throughout the process of picking a diamond and offered more of a friendship than a typical salesman to customer attitude. For all of you men/​women looking for engagement rings or pick up a watch, hands down Jean and Tiffany will not let you down.
I cant thank Jean and Tiffany enough for everything they did in meeting my expectations in making my engagement ring. Jean was able to work around my tight schedule before heading to New York for the proposal.
My Fiancé absolutely loved, loved the ring and its beyond what she ever imagined in an an engagement ring.
Looking forward to going back and getting my ring and the matching band.
