Balloons & Party Events is a home-​based business providing balloon décor, props, floral arrangements and thematic displays for parties and celebrations big or small.

As Certified Balloon Artists, we will help you create the perfect expression for your next event whether it’s elegant and sophisticated or fanciful and fun.

We specialize in beautiful classic balloon decorations such as balloon arches, columns, lighted balloon bouquets as well as balloon & floral centerpieces.

In capturing the essence of the theme, we build unforgettable balloon sculptures such as colorful sea horses and tropical fish for Under the Sea and a giant spider over the dance floor for Halloween.

We produce special effects with balloon releases, drops, and exploding walls.

We provide the personal touch to customized, personalized candle boxes, sign-​in boards, place cards and table names. We offer personal flowers and floral arrangements for the Church and Reception. Children’s décor are always a hit too!

History

Established in 1988.

Owners Matt & Celini McKinney began decorating with balloons in ¹⁹⁸⁸⁄₈₉ while operating separate companies. After their marriage in 2005, their vision of launching Balloons & Party was fulfilled. In their 20+ years of balloon decorating, Matt & Celini have always demonstrated a willingness to share their expertise. They’ve helped countless competitors when in need and have taught at numerous industry events and conventions. Celini’s creativity and background in floral design brings interest to her balloon décor and arrangements. Matt brought the know-​how of engineering rigging techniques for special effects and large-​scale décor. By combining their design and artistic talents with their knowledge of event planning and decorating experience, Matt & Celini provide their customers a service beyond compare. Customers know that the decorations will look better than expected and delight attending guests. After all, it is their job to make the host «look good!»
