Your princess leads and plays age appropriate themed games that reflect her character’s world with your birthday girl and her guests.

She can also do a story time and a sing-​along.

In costume, she never breaks character: your little ones will believe she’s the real thing come to their party!

Princess For Hire also does special events (movie nights, princess camps, charity functions etc.) so contact us for your custom needs!

History

Established in 2014.

A hobbyist costumer and cosplayer since 1999, when she made three sets of wizards robes for the Harry Potter book 3 release, owner Stefanie Carlson decided to ‘go pro’ as a character impersonator in 2014.

It was a great way to finance her costuming passion: she’s a stickler for accuracy, quality, and beauty in her costumes, which requires using high-​quality fabric and realistic wigs, which can’t be done on a Halloween costume budget.

Once each costume has been ‘paid off’ (and they often cost $ 400+ for each character) she’ll add another costume to the construction queue!

Stefanie Carlson, with over 10 years experience with young children, has recently become a «professional princess».

A preschool teacher and administrator, Stefanie loves making and wearing costumes, and this seemed like a natural outlet for this passion of hers.

Out of costume, Stefanie is a mommy to a toddler (and future princess?). She and her husband live in Orange with their 5 cats.
