History

Established in 1980.

we started out working in numerous spas here on the south shore of lake tahoe, before creating secondwind massage company. Besides growing our table massage practice, we became a leader in chair massage here in lake tahoe. we have taken chair massage to businesses such as newspapers, city court, construction companys, special events, hotels, anywere our clients had a need for a 15 or 20 minute massage.

rika and i moved to lake tahoe from michigan in 1988, soon afterwards we discovered our interest in massage, and have been practicing massage ever since. Mike is an avid flyfisherman and skier, while rika also likes hiking the mountains and cross country skiing.
