Business Owner

Sheree is a Certified Massage Therapist in California (CAMTC 28 155), and a Licensed Massage therapist in Nevada (NVMT 5770) and Florida (MA58085). She has certification in medical massage, myofascial release, sports massage, and experience with deep tissue massage, injury work, hot stone therapy and more. She is also certified by the RRCA as a running coach.

Sheree is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Sheree feels that massage is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and wants other to discover the benefits of massage therapy. Sheree is an avid long distance runner, hiker, skier, and overall crazy outdoor enthusiast, so South Lake Tahoe is a dream place to live.

My fiancé and I went in for a 90 minute couples massage and we both had an excellent experience. Sheree was great at accommodating our schedule and tending to our needs. We both highly recommend her work and will be back the next time we are in south lake.

I came here while on vacation, and got a massage from Sheree. She was very helpful, comfortable to talk to and work with, and gave me a great massage. The location is cute, the rooms are nicely decorated and relaxing!
She also caught a weird spot in my back and recommended that I get it checked out, which I followed up on back home and getting it fixed has helped my back problems soooo much! She really knows her stuff, and was great at communicating with me throughout the massage.

Great massage, great service, warm bed! I wanted to book a massage on Sunday for Monday but it was after hours. I wanted to go to Sheree but couldn’t book online. She emailed me back and forth and changed her schedule around the next day to accommodate me. Now THAT is service! She greeted me at the door and guided me into the inviting/​warm massage room (it was snowing outside!) The bed, towels, wraps etc were all very warm and wonderful! The massage was great and she asked me exactly what I needed/​wanted. VERY nice lady and great experience. I will be back!

I received two gift certificates for services here. I have had two massages: the first for a half hour and the second for one hour. Both experiences were excellent. Appointments were easy enough to make. Their website is user friendly, but I booked one on the phone and one in person. You get at least two e-​mail confirmations, all accurate. I will book the next one on line. This spa/​salon is clean! That would be the first thing I notice! The lobby atmosphere is low key, calming, quiet, and pleasant. The massage room is Eucalyptus-​infused, low light, and perfect for relaxing. You are treated to a warm bed and blanket, warm booties, mask for eyes while on your back, and pleasant background sound effects. The skill and professionalism of Sheree is exactly what you are looking for. She can do great deep-​tissue but is receptive and responsive to your sorer areas and sensitivities. She found sore places I didn’t know I had but worked perfectly to ease them. (I was a mess at my first visit.) She does not use heavy oils but rather a pleasant lotion. I am allergic to perfumes, so this is good. They do couples work also; same room, two massage therapists. Sheree will not talk your leg off like some other experiences I have had. She talks just enough. She is reasonably priced and definitely worth your time. My son had checked reviews before purchasing these certificates, and the reviews prove to be accurate.

My gf and I came in the last weekend for a couples massage. We were celebrating her birthday.
I received an amazing deep tissue massage from Sheree and my gf received an amazing massage from Amy.
We were very happy with our 90 min messages, I think I may have fallen asleep during mine it was so good. Sheree and Amy both spoke to us before the massage, asking if we have any trouble spots we wanted to point out. (I really wanted my shoulders worked on)
Sheree not only made every muscle in my body feel great but she really did an excellent job loosening up all the extremely tight spots in my shoulders and around my neck.
Amy made my gf feel very comfortable, she did an excellent job on her massage. We were both happy and relaxed when we left.

I received a deep tissue massage from Sheree today. As a person who’s received 100+ massages I’d have to say this was in my top 5. Sheree was very professional, while also being friendly and unintimidating.
I called 4 days ahead to reserve massages for my fiancé and I. We took advantage of the June deal (75 minutes for $ 85) and the booking process was both easy and seamless with both email and text followup and reminders (no pre-​pay needed).
We received massages in the same room (my fiancée had Amy — also highly recommended), and there’s options for couple massages or solo. Sheree shares the place with Amy (Payne Massage) and one other.
Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and warmth. The place is very clean and laid back — not super chic like some spas — but exactly as needed. The tables they used are great and have solid neck support and heated options.
Throughout the Massage Sheree listened to my queues in terms of preferences or sore spots and was very thoughtful in terms of maintaining the right level of conversation. At the end of the massage, we were greeted with a warm cup of tea.
We would have been despondent to leave except we’re going back tomorrow!
Lastly — you should know that there is no shower available after, so plan ahead, however the oils they used were excellent quality.

Sheree did an amazing job for me today! I now no longer worry about missing my therapist at home… I get the same quality here and at the sane (or better) value.
Courtney took care of my husband. He prefers relaxation, I go for deep tissue. I left feeling taller, and the twinge in my right arm is better. Not gone, but better!

Just had the best massage! My masseur, Christopher, was amazing. He was very attentive and listened carefully to all the issues I have been having with my back. He seemed to be very in tune with what was going on with my muscles and really spent time working out each area that was causing me discomfort, while working cautiously near my herniated disc. He has a very calm temperament and very easy to talk to — almost as if we had met before.
My boyfriend also received a massage. It was his first time and Courtney made his experience enjoyable. She was also very attentive and made sure her pressure was not heavy. I think massages will become a more regular thing for him.
Sheree, the owner, is very pleasant. I had contacted her a few days prior with some questions and received a speedy response.
The pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering how great the staff is! We got a killer deal — 75minutes for $ 85 and they even accept SpaFinder gift cards. Most importantly, the place is very clean and cozy. We will definitely be back for another session on our next trip up!

I had probably the best massage ever. Easy to find location and good specials available. Casino spas are way over priced and you won’t get better service. Christopher was great, very knowledgeable. He explains what he’s doing and why but still allows you to relax. I had no idea there was a difference between clinical massage and massage therapist. I will definitely be looking for clinical therapist to ease my neck pain and control migraines. If you are in Tahoe treat yourself to a relaxing experience.

Fantastic couples massage on heated tables with good ambiance. They did switch masseuses on us at the last minute, otherwise would have been a 5star review. We scheduled the massage for same day with only three hours notice. Very relaxing and they focused only trouble area. I did have to ask a few times for the pressure to be increased, but other then that it was a stellar massage.

My wife and I chose Tahoe Massage & Bodyworks for our first massage experience. We did the 1 hour couples massage with Sheree and Heidi. They took the time to consult with us about our problem areas and special needs. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and was worried about the pressure in certain areas but Sheree handled it great!

Very enjoyable experience here with Sheree and her staff. We bought a Unilocal deal which was awesome!
Heidi and Courtney were our therapists (we did a couples massage). They were fun and nice and easy to talk to. The massages were EXCELLENT. Those two really did a great job. Paying was kind of weird because one of the girls didn’t know what the voucher was and then kept entering the wrong zip code and telling me my card was declined. So I just got all relaxed and now you’re giving me anxiety about my credit card which I know has plenty of money? So that was weird.
Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this place. We did a 90 minute massage and it was heavenly!
Additionally, we needed to change our appointment time to accommodate a tee time. We didn’t call until after 7pm Friday night, Sheree answered the phone and scheduled us for an hour later without issue! So that, we really appreciated!

Just had a wonderful massage at Tahoe Sports Massage! I reviewed several places on Unilocal and then called TSM to see if they had any openings. I had an appointment 1 hour later! Great location and friendly and professional staff. The treatment room was clean, spacious and inviting. I will certainly return and recommend to us locals!

I admit this is the first professional massage I’ve paid for — ever. So I don’t have anything to compare it to. I thought that $ 75 for an hour sounded like a fair deal and that it would be a good idea after a day on the slopes.
Was the massage relaxing and comfortable? Yes. Did I feel a difference afterwards? Not really. And that’s the thing. Not sure if it’s just because I didn’t have any real issues when I went in or if the massage just wasn’t doing the trick for me.
My friend the expert though was super impressed and said it was the best massage she’d ever received.
It was nice and I enjoyed my time there. The staff was pleasant. Both Sheree and the guy massage therapist (who’s name I forgot).
