Great massage! Highly recommend this place for quick service. Just make sure you are direct with what you want (pressure, services, areas worked on). Lulu and the owner lady were both fabulous!

Exceptional value! The real thing. Foot massage after skiing is the best! My wife and I had David and Charlie. Strong hands. We did the $ 35 special with half hour foot and the rest body. We will defiantly be back!

If you’ve booked consider saving your money. I had the $ 35 reflexology and I got less than I paid for. Yesterday my boyfriend and I had the best massage ever at Element spa. They honored the Groupon $ 65 dollar price. My boyfriend paid $ 70 here for a much worse experience.
Not only was it the worst massage, pretty much one of the worst experiences.
1. They’re busy but they shouldn’t book what they can’t handle, she kept coming in and out of the room
2. She answered 3 phones calls while in the room with me, at one point she had her cellphone buzzing next to me on the table (& booked people)
3. They keep the doors open, even my boyfriend who had clothes off had his door open (you can hear everything)
4. 3 times another woman came in and they had whole conversations
5. If you’ve booked tonight know you’re getting bad service because I heard how many people she booked and I don’t know how they’re going to accommodate
6. I’m not sure she has done reflexology before, I’ve had it done before and it felt like she had no knowledge of the body
7. She actually left the room to book an appointment which I could hear because the door was wide open
8. She had no service, no apologies just kept telling me it was busy, she threw my body parts around. She kept dropping my arms against the table.
I don’t like to write negative reviews and have not before but I’m just appalled. I actually got off the table because I was so fed up.
If you do go I pray your experience is better.

People seriously pay to get torture like this for an hour?! Omg. And this was suppose to be a Swedish massage, I can’t even begin to imagine how a deep tissue massage would feel like! My second time ever getting a massage and there probably won’t be a third.
Staff here was friendly even got my hubby and I a cup of water after the massage! However both masseuse waited by the register for us while we were paying to get their tips and once they did, they ran off. During the massage I had to tell my guy that it hurt even after I told him I’d like a softer massage. My husband had a girl masseuse and he said his massage from her was rough as well. So two stars from us because of the friendliness and cup of waters.

I go here every week and you can’t beat a 1 hour massage for $ 35 or $ 45 including tip. All are good but, Charlie is the best! If you are really hurting they do a 1 ½ hour massage for $ 55 before tip.

I will not lie. I’m an Asian massage addict. I like deep tissue massage way more than the frou-​frou kind that you get from a fancy day spa. After all, I use it as a form of physical therapy to relax my tight shoulders, neck and back.
This place is very close to our Tahoe house, so it becomes the default go-​to place. When it first opened, the quality of the massages were inconsistent. When I got a young good-​looking female therapist, the quality tends to be on the bad side — too soft and unfocused. The last year or so have been fantastic. The owner seems to be shying away from the pretty young female therapist and hires experienced male and female that can go DEEP. My last massage with Jason was absolutely fantastic — perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had, in Tahoe or the Bay Area.
If you are looking for Swedish type of massage where they simply apply oil on your body without working on knots, this is probably not the place for you. If you want a deep body massage after a long day on the slopes or hiking trails, then you have found the right place.
The manager speaks English well. The place is clean. I would recommend calling ahead just to make sure they can accommodate you. Can’t wait to return again and have Jason work on me.

This is probably one of the better places I’ve been too. They aren’t lazy, they actually put some effort into you by giving you a deep tissue message. I did the $ 35– 60 minute option. Highly recommended.

Me and a friend came into town from the Bay Area. We decided to get a last minute massage. This place was open early. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. They have a variety of different options to choose from. We both decided to get the 60 min reflexology for $ 35. I had Tony. He was amazing. From the head rub to my feet and then my back. It was all amazing. Some people said their pressure was too much but mine was perfect. Only thing I didn’t care for was having the door open to our room. You could hear people walking past the room. Other than that I would definitely go back. Especially for that price!

Very relaxing, professional chair message. Head, face, arms, hands, neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet. No disrobing and a very reasonable $ 35 for one hour. I will definitely go back next time I’m in South Shore!

Great place and great massage. Ask for Tony! They do not speak English well but ask for reflexology, it’s a boy and foot massage, for a good price of $ 35/​hr. And he is good!!!

We stopped in after a long bike ride and saw the $ 35 promo for 1 hour reflexology and decided to give it a try despite some bad reviews. Staff was very nice and we were able to walk right in. I haven’t tried reflexology before, but it was the best massage I’ve gotten in a while. I’ve been to many Asian massage places and have gotten horrible massages, I was pleasantly surprised. My husband loved it also (he’s very picky). Give it a try it’s inexpensive and felt amazing!

My husband and I wanted a couples massage and found them on Unilocal,our experience was very pleasant we were greeted professionally and both had great massages… would definitely go again!!!

My friend and I decided to make a stop at this place on our way out of Tahoe. Primarily bc the 35/​hr. caught our attention during our drive up. We walked in and we were promptly greeted by two individuals. They quickly took us to a room that had two beds. My massage was fantastic for $ 35. The amount of pressure I received in certain areas were consistent with deep tissue. I especially appreciated the emphasis she placed on my upper back and shoulders. I had wished she could spend more time on my back but I decided that she probably needed more time to cover all the other parts of the body so I’d feel balanced. My friend’s massage was apparently too light. My friend said it was relaxing but she fell asleep most of the time bc it was quite gentle and more of a rub. She thinks that her masseuse underestimated her high pain tolerance. Overall, they were friendly and I would go back again the next time I’m on my way out of Tahoe. We forgot to get their names. Expect a lot of deep knuckle and elbow techniques from this place. I can tell my masseuse received training from someone with a Chinese background.
My only suggestion is for my masseuse to slow down a little bit. Although I do have to consider that I received a fully body massage in 30 minutes. It would be a 5 star massage, if she can provide a slower pace massage that also sufficiently covers the major muscle groups. Easier said than done!

Worse service ever!!! I came here with my friends as we saw the price for the massages were very inexpensive. We called ahead of time & asked them if they had room for us they said yes. When we got there that was not the case. They were short staff to the point, two of us had to share a masseuse & a room. I had opted to only do the shoulders & feet massage which was the cheapest massage they offered. When I got in the room the lady kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the full massage which was double the cost of the one I wanted. I kept saying no, I’m ok. What I didn’t know was that I unfortunately
got the masseuse who wasnt even a masseuse! Found after the fact. She was the front desk clerk. And not only was the massage horrible but she had to keep leaving the room to help anyone that came in through the front door. After the 6^th time her leaving the room I asked her what was going on and she then decided she didn’t want to do massage anymore and told me she was the front desk clerk. I was in there mind you for over 30 mins but only got roughly 10 mins of a massages when she finally decided to tell me this. After she told me that she said really shouldnt be giving me a massage she then said I should just wait for my friends in the waiting room. But then proceeded to take someone else in that same room and a new masseuse came in for that person, and it think it was because that person wanted a full body massage for more money. I was like, what in the freaking world just happened? WTF?!? My advice: Stay way from this place at all cost!

The massage from hell! I went in on Saturday… And it is now Wednesday and I feel like I was bruised straight to the bone.
Between being roughly jerked back and forth across the bed like a seesaw, and the painful digging into the lumbar region and my glutes… Which were not even remotely close to the area that I said hurt… I don’t know what was going on. I went in telling them I carry a ton of tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back… I’m lucky if a total of five minutes was spent even remotely close to it.
I still can’t figure out what all of the folding of towels in my underwear was… It felt like he was trying to make a napkin swan out of the two. I wouldn’t recommend the spot to my worst enemy.
I would be incredibly surprised if my experience this weekend was with a certified massage therapist of any level

I had friends visiting California from the UAE. It was their first time to America. I took them to South Lake Tahoe so they could enjoy the ‘Tahoe’ experience (Skiing, snowboarding, being on the lake, etc.).
After a long day on the slopes we decided to go for a late night massage and we all agreed on this place; bad choice! There were three of us. My one friend said that his massage was ok, the other one was extremely disappointed, and I thought it was a joke. We all paid for a 1 hour massage with hot stones. My masseuse (if you can call her that) not only didn’t use any hot stones, but also stopped 15 minutes short of the hour that I paid for. She also left the room several times which interrupted the already awkward flow. Those massaging chairs at the mall do a better job.
As I was getting dressed I could hear one of my friends arguing with his masseuse. When I walked into the room I realized that he was pissed off because this place tacks on a 20% tip onto the initial charge of the massage. Now that’s just tacky??? At no time were we told that during our ‘consultation’; and this is stated nowhere. She was extremely nasty and aggressive towards him. I can’t believe this place is in business. Like Nancy Reagan said ‘JUST SAY NO’!!!

Terrible, unprofessional massage, very disappointed. My husband’s experience was 1 therapist who took a phone call in the middle and switched therapists?! Mine, asked the therapist to work on my feet, she said yes and didn’t even touch them, I was completely uncovered through ½ the massage and she had her hand in my butt crack, gross. Also totally broken flow, only about 45 minutes instead of an hour, she was out of the room 3 – 4 times.
I’m a therapist myself, worst experience in my 21 years. Should have listened to the other Unilocal!!!

I would love to give a review based on my experience but unfortunately we were unable to have an experience. Although they have a sign that says $ 35/​hr they had no idea what we were talking about when we mentioned their sign. They told us $ 70 minimum, actually 60 each since we are locals. Overall I am very disappointed with this business and their false advertising. I will stick to getting a massage where I get what I paid for and the people know what I’m actually talking about.
