I’m a past President of Tahoe Douglas Rotary and Lake Tahoe Business by Referral Network. I’m currently on the board of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors. I’m very lucky to have met my wife Jana in Lake Tahoe and she is the love of my life. We’re both very fortunate to own and operate local businesses. It was truly a pleasure working with Nancy Beaulieu at Paradise Real Estate. We purchased a vacation home in Stateline NV, using Nancy as our buyer’s agent. She is very familiar with the area, and local contacts, and was super helpful arranging inspections, repair estimates, etc, while we were 500 miles away in our primary home. Nancy stayed on top of everything in the process, bugging the title company, mortgage broker, repair estimates, bbbbbbbbetc to keep things moving. There were a couple of delays due title issues, and Nancy was always right on top of filing an extension to the P&S when needed.
I highly recommend Nancy Beaulieu for any real estate needs in the Lake Tahoe Nevada or California areas.

I bought three homes from Dan at Paradise over the years. One of them was a complicated transaction where I needed someone experienced in real estate contracts. Dan consulted me through the entire process and made it easy and a pleasure to work with him. One of the homes was a pocket listing that hadn’t even come on the market yet. With his connections he found out about this unique home and it closed within 33 days. It should be noted that Paradise is a REAL ESTATE company and has no timeshare office. There is a timeshare office with a similar name but Dan specializes in luxury, lakefront and cabins. Paradise is opening a new office March 2015 in The Shops At Heavenly Village between Lakefront Wedding and Events and Starbucks.

I stopped by Paradise Real Estate during my last visit in Tahoe. This company specializes in Timeshare Resales. One of the Lake Tahoe properties is the Marriott Timber Lodge which is a 5 star property located at the base of the Heavenly Valley Gondola.
There are some very great values now on the timeshare resales. You can get them now for anywhere from 1⁄3 to ½ the original price.
Nancy Beaulieu assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. She is the consumate professional. She listens closely and comes up with some properties that meet your exact need. There is no hard sell or outrageous claims. You receive the exact detailed information you need, and a complete explanation of the actions required for purchase from the depost, all the way through escrow closing.
If you are looking for Timeshares at the Lake Tahoe location, or any other in the world, Nancy can assist and has my highest recommendation.
