Hello — I am a «real estate nerd» — I know all sorts of things about buying and selling real estate in Tahoe — and about the regulatory agencies that make it a very interesting experience.

I am an advocate within the community and can assist with real estate buying and selling in both CA and NV, including residential, commercial, vacant land, and development rights.

History

Established in 2010.

Since relocating from Colorado in 2002, I’ve made Tahoe my home, and embraced our community and culture. My passion is to be as active as I can in our community and not just enjoy Tahoe, but hopefully improve it where it is possible!

I’ve been incredibly blessed to have been so embraced in my endeavors. There are so many neighbors, colleagues, friends, and community leaders who’ve encouraged and supported me in the past 10 years I’ve been here. I am happy to say that I have a successful career in real estate and am proud to work for my broker, Deb Howard. I am honored to be able to represent my constituency as an elected official and am pleased to volunteer with incredible local organizations and associations.

Natalie’s community service keeps her informed on environmental, regulatory & economic issues in the Tahoe basin which gives her clients the edge in their real estate transaction. Since relocating from Colorado in 2002, Natalie has made Tahoe her home, and embraced the community and culture. She dedicates herself full time to go above and beyond for her clients.

Although issues affecting private property owners in Tahoe are complicated, Natalie’s appointed and elected positions with various organizations and local governmental entities gives her the most up to date knowledge regarding land use and how it affects her clients. Natalie serves on the Lake Tahoe Federal Advisory Committee, Kingsbury General Improvement District Board of Trustees, Clean Tahoe Program Board of Directors, as the President Elect for the South Tahoe Association of Realtors, and serves on the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee.
