Established in 1999.
Our passion is to provide the freshest (scratch made) alternative to frozen grocery store cakes and pastries. As Chef Don often says «God made the ingredients we just put ‘em together.» Our desire is to produce a truly great cake at an affordable price. We will work with you to create your gorgerous or outrageous wedding/special occasion cake without breaking your budget.

Our Executive Pastry Chef Don Ewing is an American Culinary Federation Certified Working Pastry Chef (CWPC) and has been working in the baking and pastry field for more than 30 years. He graduated top of his class from Baltimore’s International Culinary College, the top pastry art school in the US at the time. Chef Don earned an AA in Pastry Art and Science. He has worked on both coasts in donut shops, pastry kitchens, restaurants, hotels and bakeries. He has created top rated desserts and cakes for famous clients such as Jay Leno, Graham Kerr, Julia Child, the Prince of Malaysia, Japanese Royalty and more, In 1996 Chef Don represented California in the 1996 Culinary Olympics in Berlin, Germany. The American team won the gold medal and was ranked as the 5th best group of chefs in the world. In 1998 Chef Don won the position as Pastry Chef for the 2000 Olympic Team California.
