I have bought lots of cars over my years and every experence was basically the same. Spend 4 – 8 hours of back and forth to get the price you know is fair. My son was looking for his first financed car. One place he found a car at was one of the little dealerships that you normally would Never go into. The kind you see in the movie with Kirt Russell «Used Cars». So we went down to the little place in South Elgin. Bob was there and came accross as a very genuine guy. I was very skeptical. We test drove the vehicle and was a bit confused with the price. The price was already within a few hundred of what I wanted to pay for the car. We sat down to talk about the deal and I was so out of place. Bob was so easy to work with. But it wouldnt be a car deal if I didn’t propose an offer so I offered a bit less and we quickly came to a fair deal. No back and forth for hours. No let me talk to my boss. Seriously we were there in including the test drive 25 min. Applied for financing and went home. Bob called the next day and we were approved. We came down and was outta there 15 min. He had all the paperwork read for signing and that was it.
Best Car buying experience I have ever had. Even if you dont see the car you want, stop in and he will see if he can find what your looking for or call you when he finds it
