I found a used car I was interested in online so I called to see if they still had the car. They did so I setup an appt for that evening to see the vehicle. It was a long drive out there from the city after work but it turned out to be worth it! I loved the car so I bought it — they gave me a fair price on my trade and seemed to go the extra step on everything. Instead of the typical pushy sales from the initial conversations all the way through finance office, I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. When I said I wasn’t interested in extended warranties, etc, there was no pushing. They have a great new carwash which I could use anytime for having bought the car there, but alas I live too far away. Anyway, I would recommend this dealership and when it’s time to buy another vehicle, I’ll be looking here for sure.

I cannot begin to express my disbelief at the incredible service I have received at Infiniti at Hoffman Estates. This began with Geno in sales and ultimately including Stuart and Rich In management. This has also included not just my initial visit but several follow up interactions. They have REPEATEDLY AND CONSISTENTLY GONE BEYOND WHAT I FELT WAS NECESSARY in providing me service. They are incredibly ethical. Period. Not just for a automobile dealership but for a business… period. I lack the superlatives to describe my interactions with them. I have told more than once that I find myself speechless after hearing what they suggest to fix my issues. Truly an amazing group of people. They are a group of great human beings. That is all.

Honestly the best service I have ever had. They back up everything they say and more. They actually look out for the wellbeing of the car and yourself. Jason is honestly the best. Extremely friendly and helpful knows what he is talking about and will go out of his way for you.

I have a fantastic update to my recent experience with Infinity at Hoffman Estates. The manager Stuart heard about my concerns with the lack of response and reached out to me to personally apologize, ensured that I received the paperwork needed, and offered to provide some complimentary services to restore my confidence in their business. My salesman followed through to make sure I received those services even when it required him to work on his off day. Please know I do not expect or desire folks to work on their day off… I value my time off and honor others as well. But their persistence and jester far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased to update everyone on the turn of events. It’s good to know there are car sales managers that care about a purchaser’s experience!

Friendly, informative, and enthusiastic sales force without the slime normally associated with car salesman. Stress free test drives and effort to get me into a car that I’d enjoy. Fair price for the trade-​in and willing to go for good deals (as agreed upon by other dealers when I told them what Hoffman Estate was offering). The sales associate moved five cars in the sales room without blinking an eye so we could test drive a car .
Would have given 5-​stars if the final offer from the sales manager wasn’t «How about XYZ if you sign right now» after I already explained that this was day one, stop one for car shopping… I understand the tactic and reasoning, but not appreciated.
I also went to the Audi, CarMax, and Subura in Schaumburg in case you’re curious how the car shopping day went.

We started working with Geno Cabana by pure happenstance… he welcomed us on our first visit to the dealership. We were very straightforward about our timeline of when we would be purchasing our QX60, and had lots of questions along the way. He followed up with us in a timely fashion, answered all of our questions (as well as those we hadn’t thought of yet), and never made us feel pressured. I appreciate it when someone approaches me in a more consultative role, as if he’s on our side of the table with us. From my wife’s point of view, we’d been to many dealers (while figuring out what we were going to buy), and most of the sales personnel didn’t talk to my wife in the same way they talked to me (I.e. they were «smarmy»). No patience for that kind of routine. Having been through the whole process with Geno, I know that he treats everyone with respect equally (and with a certain amount of wit, too). Women buying by themselves will get the pleasant experience they’re looking for by working with him. We will definitely be working with Geno and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates again.

I couldn’t be happier with my 2003 Infiniti G35 Sports Coupe that was ahead of its time in performance and reliability. After 11 years, it was time to upgrade so I drove Lexus, Audi, Mercedes and Infiniti (as well as a few more that don’t deserve mention).
Of all dealerships on N Shore or northwest, this is as good as it gets. Seriously, my salesman, Matt Colrain, has more experience driving and selling this brand than anyone. He’s from Down Under (Australia) and so is the low pressure sales pitch. He doesn’t sell you a car, he answers all your questions, suggests options, and looks for the lowest cost and greatest bang for your buck. He’s great. He and the manager, Marcin made the negotiation process easy with the best opening deals and made very reasonable moves to make the deal happen, without any pressure or issues. I am very cynical after years in the trial courts but I could and did trust these guys. They shake hands and make deals and they stand by their promises. Further, Matt made sure I met and knew each person that I would deal with for future dealings, i.e. Kira in Service is so great, sincere and easy to contact. Brad in Finance is like your next door neighbor, offering you best options and deals. Marcin, the manager, is trustworthy and available at all times. The only criticism I could muster is their limited parking on site so get their early or late or triple parking in the lot is the norm. As for the staff an people,. this is where they treat you like family. I bought a Q50 and Matt invites me to stop by weekly to educate me as to all the techno upgrades that just come with this high performance luxury vehicle. I will refer my friends to Matt Colrain for a safe deal and future service. Keep up the good work.

I called Kira at Hoffman Estates and had my car towed to Hoffman, we were given a loaner (beautiful car btw) and 2 days later our baby (our Infiniti) was fixed! The people at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates are extremely professional and ethical! I will only, and will always do business with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates! Frank the Master Technician was extremely helpful and nice to my husband! I can only say great things about this place as my experience was nothing but outstanding! The Service Center is fantastic! Had an overall great experience with our used car purchase. Am very happy with the SUV. There was an issue with the battery after taking it home in the dead cold of winter, but the dealership tested the battery and replaced it at no charge. They stand by their word. Geno was our salesman and was very kind and not high pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Geno to my friends and family.

I called to buy, yes buy a QX60 and the general manager is total a$shole. Talks over you, treats you like you don’t know anything, and says things like «why don’t you get a quote from a dealership and come back to me last»… I’ll beat it! I said, so if you beat by $ 5, it must be a good deal then. Just cause you beat another number, doesn’t means it’s a good deal… than he says, «cause you can’t afford it»… what a f%cking a$shole. Every time I see anyone driving a infinity or wants to buy one, I will tell them this story… if I can take a way any business from this as$hole, I WIN! What a joke… Fields Infinity ALL THE WAY!

Top notch work by Javier in the sales department. Good to work with people who are easy and professional to deal with. Seems to be a forgotten art in the world these days.

STAY AWAY! I’ve bought two cars from Infiniti Motor Werks, one from Barrington and the other from Hoffman Estates. I regret buying the second from Hoffman Estates.
I’ve only endured this place because it’s the closest Infiniti dealership to my house. I’ve decided to not return again.
You would think that when buying a new car, one would not have to pay for any additional service for the first year. But the service here is terrible. Not only do they try to up charge you for irrelevant service items, but their house expertise on Infiniti cars is terrible. They misdiagnosed my fuel gauge issue until I forced them to look at the instrument cluster (on my third trip back) Not to mention, I walked in 25 minutes before close to their Express Service — Walk-​in bay, and the service guy tells me they close in 9 minutes and won’t take me, (they weren’t busy).
Do yourself a favor, and drive a few miles north to Motor Werks Barrington Infiniti. 1000 times better.

I bring my car in for an oil change and routine service all the time. The service writer, Jason, is truly a professional. When I brought my car in for service, they noticed my dashboard was bubbling up on my fx35. The technician made a note to let me know there is a recall on the dashboard and was repaired under warranty.
I just had my battery replaced with the dealership when they advised me that it was not cranking up correctly. Jason was able to look up and see that it was under warranty and scheduled me to come in on a Saturday. They took care of it very quickly.
I have been to multiple Infiniti dealerships in the Chicago area. For some reason, I always end up going back here. Must be the great service!

Wow, great experience all around. I took my 07 FX in bc the dash board had started to bubble from sun exposure, an obvious defect. I went in thinking it would a) not be covered under warranty b) get a run around and ultimately leave disappointed they couldn’t do anything about it (I never bought the car from here) or c) have to pay for the repair out of pocket.
Well, wrong on all accounts. From the moment I met with Jason it was probably the most seamless, professional and courteous experience i’ve had at a dealer. He ran the VIN number and it was covered. He also stated the cars computer on this model/​year was reading the cars speed wrong, therefore actually putting more miles on the car than it actually had, so he was gonna take care of that too and knock off a few thousand miles, nice.
The whole dash would have to be replaced and stated if they had it in stock they could start work on it that day and have it to me by the following day. They had one in stock so all was a go. Gave me keys to a new G37 courtesy car and I was on my way.
Would go back to this dealer in a heartbeat, and ask for him specifically. Well done.

I had a really great experience. The salesman John Lee was personable and interested in a sale but my overall happiness as well. He’s a rare breed in the industry & if I could buy 10 cars from him I would. The manager came across as pompous and overbearing but it’s probably why he’s running things.
