absolutely disgusting. saw 3 cockroaches and a stink bug. the hotel entrance in the back was unlocked from the throughout the night which also didn’t give me a great sense of security. Some kind of hair or fur was on the bed when I first arrived and the pool was unsanitary also. 100% do not recommend

The room was clean, smelled good, soft comfortable bed with crisp white sheet, slept in and enjoyed the experience.

The toilet was broken in the evening and in the morning with little consideration from front desk. Had to use the rest room by the pool area several times. Room was fine, but a little put off by the rude service at the desk. There are many hotels in the area. I will try another location next time.

Stopped here on a cross country road trip and was very happy with my stay. Room was big and clean with free internet, flat screen tv, and pool/​gym access. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet so we got plenty of sleep.
The continental breakfast was great and had waffles, fruit, cereal, bagels and pastries. Not bad for a $ 75 room. Overall no complaints and I’m glad I paid the extra 15 bucks to stay here compared to a motel 6 or super 8. Would come back

Horrible stay… Bob the Manager never returned calls nor emails!!! Dirty place as well as unprofessional staff. Room had hair and dead bugs. They didn’t clean the room after complaints. No management past 3pm daily. The staff pretends like they have someone in charge until you ask for your money back! Please do not support this business.

I’m wondering what life-​altering event was taking place in South Bend Indiana on Labor Day weekend that I had to pay $ 209 for the night??? I asked about a possible military or AAA discount but was told «Not this weekend». Who knew South Bend was the thriving metropolis that commands two bills per night for a QUALITY INN?! Actually, it came to $ 236 according to my bank statement. Not sure where the extra $ 27 charge came from, it’s not like we stole pillows or towels from the place. The $ 209 I was quoted and paid at the desk was supposed to be the final price. If it wasn’t for the severe thunderstorm I would have stayed on the road and pushed through. Thankfully I have no reason to return.

It’s ok. For an employee rate it serves its purpose. Just here for the night not to hang out. Desk staff was friendly and quick. Lobby area was clean and bright. Elevator was super slow. Carpets in the hall could stand to be replaced.
