I don’t live in the South Bend area, but needed an arrangement delivered right before Christmas. I’m glad I found Heaven and Earth florist! They did an amazing job helping me to get just what I was looking for and delivered it on time. Very thankful!

Above and beyond they created the most beautiful arrangement for my Mom for her Birthday. I stared I didn’t want a «cookie-​cutter» arrangement and they went beyond my expectations! Seriously, center piece worthy! Thank you!

Was recently in South Bend for a tournament with a team over Valentine’s Day Weekend. I called the Thursday before asking if they could do me a special favor in putting together 8 individual roses for the girls on our team, and they arranged them beautifully. I was incredibly happy with their service and the flowers were beautiful. If I’m ever back in South Bend and need flowers, this is the place I will go.

My wedding was perfect. The arrangements provided by Heaven & Earth were gorgeous. Cindy, the owner, is incredible and creative; she perfectly captured my idea. Her willingness to adapt to my budget and situation amazed me. Cindy even Skyped with me to help coordinate wedding arrangements several states away! I highly recommend Heaven & Earth. I ordered a double basket of hydrangeas for a funeral in South Bend. I’m from out of town, but I attended the funeral and found that only a single plant had been delivered. I called about it and I had been charged for the large arrangement. It was a very nice plant. but if I hadn’t attended the service. I would never have known. They are giving me a refund, but I won’t use them again.

I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered same-​day to my sister-​in-​law at Notre Dame. They cheerfully took my order and delivered about an hour later! I did not expect that kind of speedy service. The bouquet was beautiful.

This place is AMAZING! They completely went above and beyond to make sure my Bestie got her Birthday flowers on her special day.
I live in Cali and missed the shop the day before, because even though it’s just 3 hrs, the time difference always gets me. Well I called the day of, and Sherry (bonus we have the same name) was super helpful. I told her the price range and the feel I wanted and let her do the rest.
My Bestie said that since she was at the office all day, they called her to see where she was (I gave them her home address) and they delivered them to her office since she wasn’t going to be home anytime soon. Seriously, amazing service and they know the sentiment of why people send flowers.
I wish all businesses cared about what they do and why they do it this much!

Called to get some fresh flowers delivered to my wife’s work for valentines day, the lady on the phone (i assume the owner) was super friendly and accommodating, was very familiar with the area where i needed it to be delivered and had good prices (way better than the online guys like teleflora and so on) I have yet to see them but based on the experience of calling in and placing the order this place is great.

Due to an unfortunately mix-​up in text message communication between my sister and me, the beautiful flowers my sister and I picked out for our mother’s birthday were never actually ordered. Whoops! And we live in California… a little far away to pick something else up at the last minute.
Not to worry, I called Cathy at Heaven and Earth and she was an absolute doll! She accommodated our same-​day request with the absolute most STUNNING arrangement, prepared with my mother’s favorite colors and flowers in bounty! My mother couldn’t stop gushing about how amazing and beautiful the flowers were. She couldn’t believe how thoughtful we were and how we shouldn’t have spent so much money (we purchased a nice arrangement but got an EXCEPTIONALLY exquisite and impressive vase of flowers for the price… a very good value in my opinion).
Additionally, Cathy was kind enough to call my mother’s cell phone to find out her exact whereabouts to deliver the flowers so that she would be sure to get them on her actual birthday, even though my mother was going to be out and about all day.
Very helpful and much appreciated! One of the best experiences I have ever had with a florist!
