I specialize in helping clients buy and sell residential properties throughout Santa Cruz County. I work as both a buyer’s agent as well as a listing agent. I hande traditional sales as well as distressed sales, such as Short Sales and Foreclosures.

History

Established in 2003.

My first career was as a second grade teacher in Watsonville. I was tired of paying rent and living pay check to pay check. I didn’t how to buy a home, so I started taking real estate classes to learn for myself. I ended up getting my real estate license and decided to sell real estate part time. I really enjoyed it and at the same time discovered it is meant to be a full time profession, not a part time job or hobby. I was trained at Sherman and Boone Associates where I learned the core values of hard work combined with honesty and good ethics from Robin Sherman and Martin Boone. I then moved onto Lifestyles Real Estate where I have learned a dynamic approach to selling real estate and using outside the box methods to help clients achieve their real estate goals. I approach all of my current transactions with a combination of the strengths learned from both of these great local companies keeping my values of hard work and honesty while thinking outside the box.

My goal in working with clients is to develop long-​term relationships and earn their referrals and repeat business by being their trusted Real Estate advisor. I have built my business one client at a time through a combination of hard work, honesty, and focus on ethics and professionalism.

Extraordinary customer service is a top priority to me. I work aggressively and relentlessly behind the scenes to negotiate favorable terms for my clients and solve any challenges that come up during the process of buying or selling a property. By breaking down the process into simple and clear steps, my goal is for my clients to have a smooth and pleasant experience.

For me, the greatest satisfaction occurs when I am able to assist a client in accomplish a goal. My first career was as a local elementary school teacher. I take that same passion for helping others into my real estate career. I pride myself on my communication and listening skills.
