History

Established in 2010.

PCH Equipment Provides On Site repairs, maintenance and sales by appointment. We provide Mobile service, Sales and repairs for Oreck vacuums, Lindhaus vacuums Bissell vacuums and more.

We are an authorized dealer for Lindhaus and Bissell Commercial, and specialize in and have 10 years experience in On-​Site repair of Oreck vacuums.

Our history

Lindhaus Vacuums started in 1987 and was determined to build a long lasting, quiet, lightweight upright vacuum that had tools on board. Well, they did it; all the way to the WHITE HOUSE.

Lindhaus has been building vacuums for 25 years under other names but recently decided to be exclusive. Both Residential and commercial grade vacuums are available.

After years of performing Oreck repairs We started as a Distributor for Oreck Commercial. Then in 2010 we opened Pacific Commercial & Hospitality Equipment Solutions as an Authorized dealer for Lindhaus and Bissell Commercial; while still to this day maintaining satisfied Oreck customers that helped us get where we are today.

Our goal is to provide affordable and superior on-​site service for your vacuum by appointment.

We also provide on-​site instruction for new purchases and carpet cleaning rentals. Our website has specification sheets, videos and additional selections for bags and service parts.

We are dedicated to provide the best On-​Site Janitorial Equipment Sales and Unmatched Service in North County and the greater San Diego area.

My Dyson Animal Vacuum stopped working and I got on the phone with their support. They were no help at all and only offered me a 20% discount on a new vacuum. So I scoured the internet for a reliable service and found PCH. I gave the number a call and right away got Kevin who talked me thru all the possibilities of what the problem might be. We set an appointment for him to show and he texted the previous day to confirm his time. He showed up on time. Got to working right away on my vacuum. He found out what the problem was but couldn’t remedy it that day, so he offered to take the vacuum and have it done in the next few days and quoted me on the job. I got the vacuum back and it works great!!! I have clean carpets again!
Kevin really is the genuine article. He does what he says he’s going to do. Doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. I felt he was honest and really did a superb job! I’ve been using my vacuum now for a month or so, and it’s been working great with no issues at all.
I HIGHLY recommend PCH. When I am in need of purchasing a new vacuum, I’m not even going to go to a store. I’m just going to call PCH. He is incredibly reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Excellent service, very convenient and fairly priced. Kevin showed up right on time and fixed/​cleaned my 6 year old Dyson DC17, now it runs as good as new.
Easy to schedule appointment, and he came to me! Can’t beat that.

Okay. Seriously? A service in North County San Diego that comes to your house and cleans/​repairs your vacuum in your driveway, is done in about an hour (depending on how yucky your vacuum is I suppose) and is comparable in price to hauling the thing into a repair shop yourself where it will stay for a few days, meaning you are without your vacuum? Yes!!! It does exist friends!!! You call the number and talk with the scheduler they then call you back later that evening to tell you what time they will be at your house the following day or the day you choose. I believe Kevin also says he does vacuums for people who just leave them outside upon prior arrangement so you don’t even have to be home. Make sure you call to make an appointment though because even though the company is listed in Solana Beach, it’s not really a brick and mortar type of business. He comes to you!!! I was putting off bringing my Oreck in forever because I didn’t want to brave the traffic to take it clear across the county. Kevin came was super helpful and suggested a minor repair (but he was not pushy or salesy in any way, just helpful) and the next thing you know I feel like I practically have a new vacuum. Nice job Kevin. I’ll be calling you again in about 6 months.

I have used PCH equipment two times. Summary of service: Punctual arrival within the time window promised; honest; spent an hour servicing my Oreck vacuum; Kevin is a real gentleman; my Oreck XL is good as new after 5 years.
