We are the premier four (4) tank float spa in San Diego; located in Solana Beach. People float to reduce stress, boost their mood, eliminate chronic pain, sleep better, reduce anxiety /​depression, recover from injuries or workouts, improve athletic performance, and deepen their meditation and much more. Floating naturally increases your endorphin levels, booting your mood and leaving you with a pleasant afterglow that can last for days. We provide a unique, clean and relaxing environment.

Psychologists in Sweden partnered with a workplace wellness program, selected a group of retail managers and employees who volunteered to participate in a study sponsored by their employer (what?). They filled out questionnaires about their general levels of stress, anxiety, energy, pain, sleep quality and optimism

About half were selected to float roughly twice a week for 7 weeks. The other half were not. At the end of 7 weeks, a second round of questionnaires were completed with some visible improvement for the floatation group. These individuals reported significant increases in sleep quality and optimism, while their levels of stress, depression, and anxiety levels dropped notably compared to those who went without floating.

Plus, the floatation group loved it.

Established in 2015.

Float North County opened it doors in March of 2015. The founders discovered floating in 2013 and realized quickly that because floating offers so much to so many people that there needed to be a clean, inviting, and comfortable Float Studio in North County, San Diego.

We decided to get the best tanks on the market so we bought new Ocean Float Rooms and a new float pod because we knew that people want to have the best float environment free from distractions. People really enjoy our tanks because they are quiet, clean, free from humidity and very comfortable.

Glenn has been meditating since he was 17 and once he found floating in 2013 he knew that North County needed a float spa. He searched out the best tanks and proceeded to create a nice, clean and inviting float studio designed for the very best float experience.
