Wow! Seriously this place deserves more than 5 stars! Fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. As an eye glass wearer for about 15 years, I had mostly gone to Lens crafters since we moved around a lot and lens crafters remained consistent. It wasn’t until we moved to GA did I find them a bit lacking, so j decided to go on Unilocal to search for a new place. Boy am I glad I did! The level of customer service from the front desk, the tech, the doctor, and the sales person was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like they generally cared if I was satisfied. Mariana took her time with me as I learned how to use contact lenses for the first time. She was patient and walked me through each step. The doctor I was was very encouraging and informative as well. Completely different experience than what I am used to. Thank you Smyrna Eye Group for a fantastic eye appointment experience. This is my go to place now!

The facility is clean and the staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Weiss is always pleasant, explaining every procedure in laymen’s terms. He’s highly qualified and professional. I drive 30 – 45 minutes to get to the Smyrna Eye Clinic but it’s well worth the time to receive such excellent service.

I was just here for an eye exam and I was very impressed with the staff and with Dr. Hadadi. She was wonderful and took her time explaining the tests and procedures to me. She was very friendly and detailed throughout the visit. I will definitely go here for any future appointments and will be sending my husband here for his exam also.

I have been going to Smyrna Eye Group since 2008. They recently added a new patient check in system that helps to set up the course of your visit. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Koloze is the best eye doctor I have visited. She is thorough in her approach during the exam and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Great facility, doctors and friendly staff. Not sure how much they do the job after working with you. Like sending the frames out to get filled. I have never had to wait more than 2 weeks to get glasses in my life. 2 weeks today and I still don’t have them. High prices yes! Luckily my insurance covers A LOT! The selection of frames is minimal. I am really surprised at that. I have to get men’s glasses from there because the women’s is not much unless you have a small face then it is good. I will in the future get my prescription and go elsewhere to by the frames and have the prescription filled.

Love, Love, Love the Group and their facilities. What I hate… overpriced prescriptions. They are not only overpriced the technicians are not trainef to offer customer a lower price. Example: Customers walks into display area picks a pair of glasses, technician tells you what type of lens you need and cost. Mine was 875 but after insurance only 450. I go home click online choose my lens, etc. $ 325 and thats without using insurance benefits.

Dr. Reimer and all of the staff at Smyrna Eye Group are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in starting with the front desk. Even when picking out glasses they take all the time you need with helping you find frames that fit your face and giving honest opinions on what looks best and what does not. My first experience with Smyrna Eye Group has spoiled me for customer service and professionalism in a doctor’s office. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. Dr. Harper was painstakingly attentive to my particular concerns, explaining in detail the inner workings of my eyes. I never, for one moment, felt like I needed to pull out a medical dictionary. His approach is not the rapid-​fire machine gun cadence to patient care; there was room for my questions. A doctor that listens? Priceless. I went to Smyrna Eye Group for an eye exam. When I left I felt that I’d found what promises to be a long-​term relationship with a caring optometrist. Everyone at SEG is top-​notch and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dr. Reimer is really nice and took the time to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. Facility is clean and new, easy to get in and out!

This place is brand new and BEAUTIFUL. (I really like the use of pocket doors for the facility design!) The location is terrific, right in the heart of «new Smyrna». The staff are lovely, very understanding. The doctor was thorough and showed me all the images of my eyes. I was impressed with the selection of frames and ASTOUNDED when my glasses were ready the next day. I will gladly recommend this group to all my friends.

Wonderful customer service by the front desk and sales clerk. We had Jaques — he was literally delightful. The doctors were very kind and informative and they get you in and out!

Where do I even begin. This has to have been the worst experience in my adult life we have ever had. Prisoners would get better help and care for their eyesight behind bars.
It all started in December of 2014. We first went in to get my wife’s eyes checked for new glasses and the optometrist was great and did her job… this is where good service stopped. They sent the prescription for approval to the insurance company the day after, by «fax» with no confirmation that it was received and NO follow up. We were told it would be 4 – 6 weeks. Calling back at the 4 week mark we were told they would be there in two weeks and they would give us a call. 6 weeks is here… no call. Called back to inquire about when they would be ready again. We were told that they «faxed» it for approval and it was not received the first time or second time they «faxed» it. Hmmmm that’s weird. So they tried to fax it again mid February. Asked if it had been received via «fax» they said NO we are not sure why?! «What do you mean you are not sure why? Do you not follow up?» They agreed they should have followed up and kept us in the loop. (At this point my wife’s current glasses are broken and this was expressed fully during the initial visit)
Fast forward to today 2÷27÷2015. I called a couple of days ago to confirm the glasses would be made in house and are ready for pickup. My wife leaves this morning driving an hour to go pick the «new» glasses up. Gets there and goes up to the counter with 2 kids 3 months pregnant and is ecstatic about to get her «new» glasses. The older Caucasian lady pulls the glasses out and low and behold the glasses are wrong, super small like a child’s and she cannot even put them on her face!!! The lady behind the counter was like «well these are the right ones» my wife said they do not even fit on my face!
*speechless* my wife shows her the correct frames that were written down wrong by the young African american gentleman in the initial visit.
We cannot believe this has happened. month over month. it is issue after issue. There is no communication from the optometrist to the lab tech to the front desk to the glasses side.
Words cannot express how frustrated, upset, disappointed, flabbergasted and totally confused we are with this «Professional establishment».
I would never ever ever go back, recommend, or even praise them after we finally get a solution to this whole debacle.
The Manager Wade is the only saving grace at this location.
Think twice even 3 times before considering this «eye care group»
I wish you luck in your eye care endeavors.

This is a great office. I’ve been coming here fore years. My husband was going somewhere else but once I made an appointment for my son here and he saw how great it was he switched. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. The office is clean and seems well run.

Been coming here for almost 3 years now. They were originally located on Concord Rd, this office is closer and still has that «new car» smell. They run a very efficient office. I’ve been seen within 5 minutes of my arrival every visit (I go 2 – 3 times a year-​BAD EYES!).They have an Optomap machine that you can do for a $ 30 fee instead of getting your eyes dilated, which I prefer. Dr. Harper is wonderful. I’ve had to see Dr. Bowser once for an eye infection, he was also great. They have a great selection of glasses in different price ranges. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I’ve been going to the Smyrna Eye Group since we moved to the area in 2012. Every visit has been great! The staff is very friendly and professional, and the doctors treat me and my family like valued customers. The office team has their appointment process streamlined, so your time with the doctor is maximized and the appointment almost seems choreographed.
The selection of glasses is varied and complete, but not overwhelming. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful each time I’ve picked out glasses. Their Point of Sale system incorporates insurance coverage, discounts, and copay, so the pricing and use of benefits is transparent and straightforward.
I’m a happy Smyrna Eye Group customer, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist!
