I mean come on now… it’s KK… not to be confused with K cubed. HOT DOUGHNUTS NOW can change your life. Grab a pint of 2% and its on. Back in the day I could inhale 6 before opening the milk. I’ve matured since and I open my milk first. This location is super clean and bright and probably the newest in the area. Mostly kids working in here but they have some customer service in them. On this day it was buy a dozen get a dozen free. I mean come on now…

This is a beautiful store. Very modern but has a retro look and feel. Great music is playing overhead, and the staff is extremely friendly. Comfortable café like seating. Bathroom was very clean. Of course, the donuts were delicious! Bring the kids and they will watch the donuts being made! Dunkin’ Donuts has nothing to compare to this.

2 out of 5 stars due to their hours of operation, the donuts consistently not being fresh or looking funky, and the customer service damn near non existent. Yes I understand I’m asking for 12 assorted donuts through the drive thru but at least act like you are enjoying getting a paycheck! Smh 1^st… Krispy Kreme has the worst coffee I have ever drank in my life! They will not issue refunds if you are dissatisfied with your iced coffee. Hell starbucks will give you a refund and or remake your drink! So don’t bother with the coffee drinks here, they all suck! 2^nd… don’t be lazy, take your ass inside so you can see what you are getting! Dude believe me you will thank me later. Its nothing like ordering donuts just to get home and they are all sweating, looking funky, the glaze crumbling off, or stale. AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU if you donuts are jacked up. We came inside to place our order because we saw the red light on. I wanted a mixed box but again the other donuts looked old and funky and it was quite obvious they were trying to get rid of those before the new fresher ones came out. I declined and got glazed right off the turn style. Would I come back here? Probably… that’s only if I can’t make it to the ponce location or sublime donuts. This place is too hit or miss on a consistent basis. corporate should send secret shoppers in for product testing and customer service surveillance. I’m so disappointed with this location I would rather go to dunkin donuts up the street, at least they have customer service, are apologetic when they give you items not to your liking, and try to make it right.

I’m a Krispy Kreme Fanatic, those sugary circles of yumminess stole my heart way back in the early 90’s, They have great Iced Coffee, I was very pleased to know that they use liquid sugar instead of granulated sugar (unlike the other chains) .
This particular location has a severe customer service issue. Hope they fix it soon.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and this new location is great.
From their warm glazed donuts to their specialty donuts– you can’t miss. They’re all good. The staff is always friendly and the shop is neat and clean. Service has always been fast — but then again, I go at off-​peak hours.
I also stopped here last Halloween and got the most adorable Ghost Buster donuts. On National Donut Day, back in June, they gave a free donut to everyone. The staff handled it really well.
I’ll admit, I don’t get donuts often (or I wouldn’t fit in my jeans) but when I crave one — Krispy Kreme is my donut place.

I hate krispy Kreme donuts-​they leave me with indigestion for days (okay maybe, 1 day). But I took my Littles here for free donut day. It was nice inside, they had some couches and what not. I found the tables to be dirty that day, we had to clean our own table-​eek! My kids were happy with the donuts (don’t know how-​they leave me feeling like I’m in a carb coma with indigestion).

Kripsy Kreme doughnuts size has changed. They use to be too big to fit in the box with tons of icing. Now they are skinny with little icing. WTH!!!

Just got my hot glazed donuts in under 3 minutes. It’s a chilly Saturday morning. I guess it just depends on the day you go in. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you!
The drivethru did look a little slower. Insider tip: get your fat butts out of the car and go inside.

The drive-​thru line is alway ridiculous and takes entirely too long given that they sell donuts.
The parking lot is jacked up and will do a number on your car.
Getting back onto South Cobb drive can be treacherous.

Out of donuts all three times I have been in. And the manager was very rude when I asked for a voucher for their BOGO special. He made me go to my car to get my phone so I could show him the fb post. As if he didn’t know it was bogo day. Then when I came back in, he avoided coming back. One of the ten employees standing around looking confused told me someone had to go outside to get a voucher. Ummm… Where are you keeping your vouchers??? I have never been to any other Krispy Kreme that is regularly out of what they are best known for. Bad location. Bad customer service. Oh, and they are unable to make a decaf iced coffee.

Slow but nice. You can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I don’t know what to say. Catch ‘em with the hot light on. Catch ‘em when they aren’t crazy-​busy because this location is truly slow, and you will end up late if you have somewhere to be. I stick to the same ol’ glaze and chocolate iced glaze doughnut. Order that & it will never steer you wrong, my child…

The service is just bad. Love my waits, and check your doughnuts before leaving as they leave doughnuts out. I’m so sad, I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but I don’t want to continue supporting a location that won’t get its act together.

Always slow, not polite, and unattentive. It’s a shame because this is a great addition to Smyrna.

Krispy Kreme will always be at least decent, but this location is pretty terrible service-​wise. Went there at about 10 and waited far too long despite the hot sign being off (they literally just had to put donuts in boxes), plus they got part of the order wrong. The only thing evening out the score were the two free donuts they threw in to make up for their incompetence, earning them a perfectly average 3 star.

If you expect GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON’T GO TO THIS Krispy Kreme!!! I went to the Krispy Kreme to purchase the gift certificates for my daughter school fundraiser. I called the store ahead of time to advised them that I was coming to Krispy Kreme today to pickup up the gift certificates. I was told at that time that it was okay to pick them up. I get to the Krispy Kreme waited for several minutes for SHELIA to grace me with her presence to states that I could not purchase the gift certificates because their is a min. of 25 gift certificates I advised her of the previous conversation from one of the employee and also advised her that I had just purchase over 200+ gift certificates. I requested to speak with a manager and she states that she could not do that and she walk away. I contact Krispy Kreme corporate office while in the store concerning the matter. While explaining the situation that was going I met by Smyrna police stated that I had to leave the store. If you any concerns with yur order or ask to speak with a manager just know Smyrna police will be called.

This is a perfect spot for a Krispy Kreme! There is a lot of traffic on S. Cobb! The grand opening was held Tuesday morning, 2÷25÷14. Many people are still not aware this location has opened. The first person in line during a KK grand opening gets free doughnuts each week for one year. Numbers 2 – 100 get free doughnuts each month for one year. The first 150 customers get a free grand opening t-​shirt. The night before the grand opening there was a food and fun and there was man in line who had been there since 8:00 am ²⁄₂₄! Everyone there was curious as to how he occupied his time while he was waiting for the opening the next morning. He stated he was a web designer and he had his lap top plugged into an outlet! The KK representative said if anyone wanted to stay on the property overnight they would have to sign a release. A Smyrna police officer was there on the property. The next morning I arrived at the store at 5:45 and was #99 on the line! The woman who was taking everyone’s name for the free doughnuts giveaway stated that since a few people had left the line throughout the night they would be taking names past 100. People had tents set up and I heard someone say people had been sleeping in their cars! I did see at least two police officers there. At 6:00 when the doors opening everyone cheered! The line moved very slowly since many people were buying doughnuts so I left and went back on Thurs morning to redeem my free dozen cards. The man in front of me ordered four dozen doughnuts and I just got the one dozen. The KK employee gave me last hot dozen that was already boxed and sitting near the conveyor belt. She told the other customers who ordered hot doughnuts had to wait over two minutes until they were ready the KK employee said. That is the only reason I do not give Krispy Kreme five stars. If the Hot Light is shining bright and that draws in a crowd, there should be a large amount of hot doughnuts ready to go! Krispy Kreme is expanding throughout the Atlanta area and the man who was first in line as he was leaving said Stockbridge is next! The Krispy Kreme reps confirmed what he said and stated they also plan on opening a Kennesaw location. The S. Cobb location is more spacious than the Cobb Parkway location. However, just like the Ponce location I think the drive through is positioned too closely to the entrance/​exit to the property. On Friday evening the cars crowded the lot! All of the staff at this location has exhibited great customer service. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are delicious!
