Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins

Horrible experience every time I go in there they always forget to give me my food. It a terrible feeling to know that people that walk in 10 minutes after me are receiving their food etc. when I ask them where’s my food they ask me what did you order again??? Lol. Three time this happen to me, no customer service at all. I wish I can give 0 star because this store is horrible. The only reason why this happen three times is because I thought I can forgive them and try them out again and it’s the same crappy service. I have to drive 10 mins out my way to get food and coffee before work and this store will definitely not get my business.

Wow! I just had the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a dunkin donuts! so me and gf walk in and order two sandwiches. the cashier gives it to the gentlemen behind me which I noticed. he walks out, comes back over 5 mins later and gives the food
back.what does the worker do? she hands me the bag! when I say I wanted new food because clearly I don’t know what that guy did with it she takes the sandwiches out and places them in a new bag and tells me it’s new food! I took the food and gave it to my dog. i will never go back there again! please be aware before you decide to eat there because they clearly don’t follow sanitation rules!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO SANITATION RULES IN PLACE! GAVE ME FOOD THAT HAD LEFT THE STORE WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER!
JUST CALLED CORPORATE.
We ordered a nesquick milk, two coffee drinks and 2 sandwhich meals with hashbrowns. We sat as we waited and noticed the group of men who came in after us recieve food. I hear the men saying they didnt order it and walk out confused. They walk back in after 5 minutes and bringing the food to their Halls truck, and give the food to a younger hispanic women who was the one who handed it to them. She took the food out of the crumpledish bag and put it in a new bag, and tried calling us over for it. I told her i didnt want the food the men brought back in because thats just not sanitary, that I wanted new food. She hesitates and says «this is… food, …hold on let me go check» YEAH, THIS IS FOOD. NOT NEW FOOD. WHAT ARE YOU CHECKING? CLEARLY YOURE THE ONE MAKING THE FOOD. SHE WENT AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER ASIAN WOMAN WORKER, WHO I THEN HEAR TURNING THE MACHINES ON. COMES OUT A CPL MINS LATER AND HANDS ME A BAG AND SAYS THIS TIME THIS IS NEW FOOD. I told her she shouldnt ever give ppl food that left the store, especially for that long! IM LIVID. I LEFT WITH THE FOOD, AND GAVE IT TO THE DOG!

I don’t live far but only seem to get here once in awhile. Stopped in there last month w my pre teen nephew to use a few free drink coupons from Sox tickets. The young man who took our order who was probably all of 16 – 18 was such a rude little twit I couldn’t believe it. I started to question his nastiness at which point he backed off and another girl helped him complete the order before it looks like he went on break. He showed how annoyed he was that he actually had to explain the flavors the frozen drinks came in. My poor nephew so respectful and sweet couldn’t grasp why he was being treated so nasty. I complained to another worker and told her that kid needs to be in back making the donuts if he can’t even pretend to treat people decently. She apologized but was I pissed. Now If I want nice people and dd I go to the one on Devon and Northwest Hwy. They are always friendly at that one.

The reason for 2 stars is because I believe they are really over priced!
The customer service is not good, employees were arguing in front of me. The argument was about who was going to take my order! #really
I haven’t tried the 31 flavor side so… I can’t wait for the summer!

I wish Unilocal had a section for just comments versus full blown reviews because this particular Dunkin Donuts location is usually pretty solid in terms of speed, customer service, etc. In fact I go here just about every other day. Today’s experience was a little irritating; however, and I’ll explain why.
I’m a pretty big chai tea fan. So when I saw the in-​store sign of «spiced chai latte,» I immediately wanted to try it. When I got my order, though, it tasted nothing like chai lattes I’ve had elsewhere. It almost tasted like a full-​on expresso. So I went to one of the people preparing the drinks and told him that it must’ve been a mistake. In an irritated tone the guy responded: «…Ok…it’s a latte.» I reiterated that it tasted just like coffee and kept repeating that «it’s a latte.» After probably noticing the perplexed look on my face (because I really didn’t understand where he was going with his responses), he explained that it’s basically chai with a turbo shot added.
Now I know a latte is typically a shot of expresso in some form of milk. But this isn’t usually the case in a chai latte (at least everywhere else that I’ve had it). Dunkin Donuts either needs to explain in their ads that a «spiced chai latte» has a shot of expresso in it or this worker needs to work on his customer service skills. Preferably both.
I ended up just keeping my order and sucking it up. However, it was so terrible that I was only able to force down maybe half the cup before tossing the rest.

Trying to waste some time. The coffee was good. The donuts where not. It’s 11pm and they taste like they have been out for a while. They should keep better track of how long they have been out.

Most Dunkin Donuts are the same, nice friendly staff and good food, but this 24hr one has a Very Rude woman working here on the late even shift. But it got real serious when she was rude to my entire family.

It’s Dunkin. Regular Dunkin staff… same egg and cheese wraps and mocha latte you get at any other one. Service is standard. No complaints here.

I love the Dunkin’ Donuts caramel latte. It’s so rich and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness. They often have special deals for the lattes too which make them even more irresistible. I also enjoy the donut holes; especially when they have fun flavors for the holiday like pumpkin and red velvet. However it’s the coffee that makes me keep going back. How I long to see the day that Dunkin’ Donuts opens in California.

I like this place. Very friendly. Conveniently located to my needs.

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts a lot, and have never seen or have a problem. Mornings here seem like a retirement home because of all the seniors sitting there have their cup of Joe… But as I started to be a regular, they even say good morning and wave bye. It’s kinda like a nice but dysfunctional family. Nobody matches the print but we all get along. I get There, say hi to the regulars and just wave to the girls at the counter and say «the usual please».
Very nice people! I know… Is just coffee damn it! But here is something else.

Don’t ever go here. Worst Dunkin ever. On multiple occasions, they have been very rude and unhelpful. We go once and ask the guy to make a drink that used to be on the menu but got pulled off recently, he said, «I’m not gonna do that and be liable because if you don’t like it, I’m gonna get in trouble.» After we said we wouldn’t give it back, he said, «You know what, what would I even charge you for? This is just not going to work. You should go somewhere else.» We go to the next Baskin along the way — people are SUPER friendly and make it without any hassle.
They never accept coupons, never have the ice cream cakes you need, and are rude. If you can, make the trip out an extra mile or two to another one!
I am usually very go with the flow — it takes a lot to anger me — but this place did it!

Nice place, been here before, clean, good staff, good food. Typical chain. Easy access on Touhy next to the Temple, with their own parking.
I stopped in here at 230am after a night out and it was easy in easy out. Loved it. I gave it 4 because the staff was pretty friendly.
