Dunkin’ Donuts

Im giving one star just because there is good service afternoon. If you go to this location on a morning you will encounter JON & RITA. they have very poor customer service skills. They are both very rude, I only go here because is less than a block away from work & do not want to spend $ 5 on a cup of coffee (starbucks). I really do not understand how RITA as a ‘manager’ or ‘supervisor’ whatever her job tittle is, can be so unprofessional. Maybe is just her personality that I don’t get, maybe because I work in customer service and I was thought differently. Point is… Not everyone is the same an therefor you should always be professional ans friendly when working customer service.
PS.
The gentleman working in the afternoon (around 3pm) total opposite. Sweetest nicest guy EVER.

Rita is the BOMB-​DOT-​COM!
Only because I frequent this DD soooooo often is why I can put my stamp of approval on it. Quick, efficient. They arent sloppy like some other ones (except the other lady doesnt understand the meaning of ‘A little butter’) OMG how many more calories are you going to add to this damn croissant lady!!! … but I love this one. No complaints!

I would have never anticipated that I’d be writing a review of a Dunkin Donuts before. This one is so efficient though. They’re so quick to get you in and out with your purchase. It’s a small Dunkin Donuts inside a gas station. Surprisngly, I don’t mind the gas station either. It’s well laid out, very well lit and has cheery colors.
Obviously, being a franchise, the food and drink are just like any other Dunkin Donuts.
