Glad to hear I’m not the only person who finds that woman so mean and Rude. I used to come here after dinner in the summer, but stopped because I don’t feel it is right to treat a paying customer like junk. I’ve never put in a complicated order. It was either Iced coffee or sherbet. She would treat me like I was asking for her first born. I hope corporate comes in and changes things up.

Drive thru is the worst ever. I visit at different times and no matter when there seems to be someone working the drive thru that barely speaks english. I frequently have to repeat my order 2 or 3 times at the speaker and then again at the window. I understand that traffic noise could be a problem at this location but even early in the morning when there is no traffic they can’t get it right. The woman that works the window is friendly about half the time that I go here. Sadly there is no other drive thru near me so I have to live with this place until the one in Northbrook near my office opens. Hopefully they speak english there. Learn english please so that you can better serve the majority of your customers that speak english.

Best Dunkin Donuts! I come every morning around the same time and they know my order before I even get in there and are super speedy to get you your coffee. And my coffee is always perfect. I honestly can’t say this about any other Dunkin donuts.

The workers are a bit rude. Sometimes don’t understand well. A new girl servers my hash browns cold. They don’t always fill up the hot chocolate to the brim. The only thing they’re really good for is cold drinks. I keep coming hoping their service gets better but it never does.

All these negative reviews don’t include the context of when they visited, I’ve always had excellent service in this location, but I patronize this shop after midnight. I started drinking Dunkin’ Donuts on the recommendation of the Chicago Police, as they are always nursing caffeinated beverages to keep alert. After some trial and error to create a coffee beverage that would give me the same staying power as Starbucks(but at half the price), I finally found it, besides, this location doesn’t give me a way to go on the ingredients, or botch the order as some other Dunkin locations have in the past. While I maybe visit this location once a week, or every two weeks, the staff has memorized my order, and confirm it before starting on it. If you’re planning on making this(or any store, really) a regular stop, try tipping your server a dollar, the service improves by an order of magnitude once the staff and server see you frequenting their establishment.

Worst service ever in a Dunkin Dounts restaurant, even single/short/easy orders get all messed up. This people need a «new sherif in town» who can put everything and everybody in order.

Let me preface this review by saying that I generally love Dunkin Donuts — the coffee, tea, food, donuts, everything. I spent five minutes looking for this specific location of Dunkin Donuts on Unilocal JUST so I could write this review. I’ve never felt compelled to pinpoint one location of a chain just to complain, but my experience here just had to be documented. The manager was this rude and condescending woman who refused to redeem a Google offers coupon that I had(purchased at the end of May, $ 5 for $ 10; so if you have the same coupon, don’t bother coming here), instead telling me to call Google to ask for my money back. Her complaint was that Google wasn’t paying them, so she refused to let me use the coupon. Oookay. That’s not really supposed to be my problem, but since I had driven ten minutes out of my way to come to this specific location to use my coupon, I thought I should at least walk away with a dozen donuts. All the donuts were stale and dry and the worst DD donuts I had in my life — they had probably been sitting out there for the entire weekend. Nasty donuts. Rude staff. Do not come here.

Don’t visit here. The staff is rude and ill-mannered. The place is gross and dirty too. Ewwwww. I was in Chicago to visit with my family and we stopped by this location to grab breakfast. We had a big order(for 7 people) and the cashier wasn’t patient enough to wait for all of us to place the order. Okay, I hope this isn’t a Chicago-an thing, but when we wanted to ask if they had a price for a box dozen of donuts(which some places offer), she was rude in answering our question. Then we asked if we could swap out some of the donuts. They’re all the same price and all you have to do is grab a different one. She said she couldn’t cancel the order. WOOOOOW… way to go customer service and common sense. Hope my next visit to Chicago has this place closed or better management.

I have to say I wasn’t too impressed. The location itself wasnt clean as there were alot of dirty tables. The staff really didnt seem interested in what was going on(with the exception of lady helping us, and she seemed to not be patient) They were all talking and maybe gossipping, and my mom and I sat there and ate… maybe 20 mins later after it wasnt busy one person decided to go out there and clean tables and sweep. Got what I needed… probably would go to the milwaukee and harlem one next time.

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst one I’ve ever visited. It’s managed to retain that dubious distinction for nearly a decade, a title run longer than Bruno Sammartino’s. The employees are rude(especially a middle-aged woman who’s been there for years) and filthy. I went in there yesterday for a bagel and immediately lost my appetite when I saw a bunch of houseflies crawling all over them. Oh, and good luck understanding what the hell they’re talking about. You’d think after working here all these years, the middle-aged broad would have a better handle on the English language. You’d THINK. Just avoid this location. If you’re traveling north, hit up the Double D at Harlem and Milwaukee. If you’re headed west, there’s a great Dunkin at Northwest Highway and Devon. East? Right past Crawford on Devon. South? Jefferson Park.

I go here because it’s so close to my house but I wish it would change. Order two boston cremes… they put them face down in the bottom of the bag and all of your chocolate sticks to the bag. Never get donuts here past noon, they are rock hard! I have had a few pleasant experiences here but not many. The coffee is great though, so there ya go!
