History

Established in 1984.

We began Swink’s Creations as a design build landscape construction company, which evolved into swimming pool construction and home remodeling. Swink’s Creations is a one stop design build home remodeling company that prides it self on doing 90% of the work with our own trade specific trained employees that have been with the company for an average of 12 years. Which allows us to maintain a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction while getting the project done under schedule 98% of the time. Our number one goal is to meet each individual customers needs with complete 100% satisfaction from the beginning to end of project.

Business Owner

As a skilled and consummate professional for nearly 30 years, owner, Mark Swink, provides unmatched-​responsive service, quality products, and an end result beyond your expectations that will last for years. He is a strong believer in giving back to the industry as well as his community. He has served on the California Landscape Contractors Association as local chapter president for 3 years and on the state board of director’s for 6 years at which time he trained over 300 contractors around the state on how to manage and run a successful construction business. He has also been a Vice President on the Samaritian Center Homeless drop in shelter in Simi Valley Board of Directors for the past 6 years. While also serving as an Elder in the church.
