I made an appointment for 4:30 with Smart Lock and Safe, came home and found out I locked myself out like a moron, so I called Rob at 1:30 and asked if he could come by a little earlier because I’m locked out but if not no big deal I’ll just find something to do for three hours it’s my fault, he changed his schedule and came over in 20 minutes, he also came back later in the week to put a lock on a side gate outside the house, great service, no sales pitches, cool guy, would never call anyone else, thanks Rob.

I recently moved into a new home and had the guys at SMART secure the premises. They were honest about the quality of the current hardware (locks). They did NOT try to up-​sell, and just rekeyed the current locks. These guys are punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable and provide excellent service!

My front door lock and deadbolt are very rusty. I did not even have any key for deadbolt. Keys are all different for doors. Rob used my front door key as a master to rekey all door locks and deadbolt to be a same key, and lubricated all locks. After his work, my locks and deadbolt are as good as new.
Rob is not only very professional, he is also very polite. Highly recommend!

After spending a very, long night on the couch, I put out an APB on Facebook for a locksmith. My dear son had locked the bedroom door, and, of course, the keys were inside! My boyfriend had tried his best the night before to pick the lock, batter it to a pulp, and, in the end, walk away succumbing to defeat. A friend responded to my cry for help and referred me to Smart Lock and Safe. I had never used a locksmith before so I was naturally concerned with cost. When the guy came and saw the battered doorknob, he not only removed it and replaced it, but went above and beyond and replaced three other locking doorknobs as a courtesy! Being locked out by your own kid was an ordeal in itself but I was relieved when I saw how a professional can be so efficient and charge a reasonable rate for his time and service. I was very impressed with Smart Lock and Safe and hope to pay it forward when someone I know finds themselves in a similar predicament.

One of our restroom locks broke at my salon with a customer locked inside. I called Smart and they sent out a service man immediately.
The service man was very kind and helped keep our customer calm while he worked on the lock to get the door open. After the customer was out he installed two new locks on both of our restrooms .
I would definitly use this company again. From their customer service and their punctuality they were great!

We had our travel trailer broken into and the lock taken/​busted off. I called Rob and he came out to Simi Valley to fit the lock, he spent extra time ordering the parts needed and was fast and efficient in getting the lock fixed. I can’t thank him enough because it makes me feel my family and I are that much safer and our property is protected. Couldn’t ask for better service and I will be calling him for all my locksmith needs in the future!
