Very rude owner. I called and he said we have no time for you. They said that its policy to call back in 7 days and hope he frees up.

I placed an order for a piece of round tempered glass for a table top. The price was reasonable as I had already priced it online plus I saved on the delivery charge since the store was near my house. I paid by check since they do not take credit cards. Everything went very smoothly and my glass arrived very quickly (it had to be ordered because it was tempered). The person who helped me was very nice and I will definitely go back!

I was in a cruch to find same day service and this gentleman (K.J) was super professional, courteous and fast! I got my glass cut and paid in less than 30 mins. That’s quality and worth the experience! I’ll refer him to everyone I know. Thx you Easy Glass!

I needed a piece of glass for my TV stand.
I had bought a TV and the existing top piece of glass on my Stand was not big enough .
I measured the size of glass I needed and
I called easy glass and spoke with a guy named KJ
I told him the size and thickness I needed and he placed the order and trusted that I would pay for it without getting my credit card information .
He was very nice on the phone and when I went to pick it up he carried it by himself in my car and it was a very big piece.
I will definitely use easy glass again

We called a couple places to purchase a round piece of glass for a table top. Their prices were competitive and it is near our home, so we ordered over the phone. Two days later we were called to say our order was ready. Very happy with the prompt service and the quality of work. Would definitely use them again.

My experience with Easy Glass & Mirror was a tad frustrating. I contacted this business based on the good Unilocal reviews. I called on a Friday around 4pm, and gave KJ the exact specs for a mirror, and said that we needed it at the beginning of the following week. He called me back with a price quote that sounded great and I said to move forward. I provided my credit card info for insuring that I pick up the order, and he said it would be ready by Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning asking when we can pick up the mirror, and he said the manufacturer never received the order (I have a hunch he might have forgotten to send in the order, and if not, I would have appreciated a phone call). This put me in panic mode because we needed to replace this mirror before the end of the week as we were moving out of the location. He said it would be ready by Friday. Friday comes along, I call in the morning to make sure we are still on track, and what times it would be ready — he said between 11a and 2p. Once its finally ready, we head over to pick up the mirror, and he said the price he quoted me isnt the right price, and he needs to look up what the actual price is. After a little back and forth, he honored the original price he quoted me, but wasn’t happy about it.
KJ is a very nice man, and I appreciate him honoring the original quote and working with my deadline, but there needs to be more organization from the order taking, follow through, and billing. If in the area, I would give the business another try because I feel he is an honest person. I recommend to others trying out this business for the first time to be on top of things and triple check all info given to you just to make sure you are both on the same page.

I needed a large wall covered in mirrors. I had a few companies come out and give me some estimates and opinions on how the wall should be designed. I was NOT pleased with any of the these companies. I then called Easy Glass and Mirror and they came out the SAME afternoon to give me an estimate. Not only were they polite, but their idea was amazing! The pricing was VERY reasonable and I appreciated that. These guys know what they are doing! The wall came out beautifully! I would highly reccomend them to EVERYONE! KJ is AWESOME!!! no joke these guys are THE BEST!!!

Wow really quick service and was able to get it done on a Saturday. I was more than happy with the service received couldn’t ask for more. I really have to stop braking in my house.

Easy glass owner is very honest and provides the great price and quality of replacement of my mirror closet door. I was told by another company my glass is thicker and they have to raise the price. Easy Glass verifies it is normal and finished the job atthe same day. I’m really for their excellent service and price. Highly recommended!

After trying another company who cancelled first appointment, showed up late for the second and gave me a quote 8 hours later than they said they would I went looking again. I’M THRILLED I DID. Easy Glass was terrific!!! Great communication, very quick service and exceptionally fair pricing. The installers were personable and efficient and the shower door looks great. Having just moved into the area I no longer have to worry about where to go for any glass and mirror needs. Couldn’t be any happier.

Talk about bad customer service!
Started out OK. Booked time for them to come give a quote, they came out and did what they had to do. We were looking to have a shower door, kitchen window and two windows in the living room.
They had reasonable prices and were OK to deal with so we called to book the job. We were then told they had to come back out to get exact measurements, OK? Did not do this the first visit?
After a few calls back and forth we decided on doing the job minus the two windows in the living room. This started the chain reaction.
They were very upset with me for trying to «back out» of some of the work. Yelled at me for having to come twice to measure (my fault?) and waste their time. I was then told they would do the other parts of the job but would have to charge me more per item to make up for the loss of work. Though they quoted me per item.
After being yelled at would you hire someone to come into your home?

I needed an odd piece of glass to replace an old single pane window in my home. I expected that I would have to make an order and come back for pick-​up, but KJ at Easy Glass had it cut for me in just 15 minutes! Thanks KJ!

1 reasonable price. The lowest out of the three stores. Glass definition and Home Depot both did estimates for my shower doors. BTW. Home Depot is outright ridiculous, doubled the estimate Easy glass offered me.
2. Easy appointment for in home estimate. The technician came the next day.
3. Fast installation. Took him one hour to get the job done. I’m very pleased with the result.
Although we did have a small misunderstanding. The owner explained to me, thus resolved the issue. But don’t feel offended in any way, I personally feel that, the store owner needs to work on his people and conversation skills. Even though he is speaking in a polite and professional manner, or trying to… sometimes, it doesn’t come out right.

Delightful. I called, and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They then came on site (van nuys) the SAME day to verify the estimate. It turns out the phone estimate was correct and the price for mirrored closet doors wAs very competitive.
To my delight, they estimated 5 days until installation, and they installed within 4 days. The end product is light weight and attractive. We are thrilled. They were even nice to our cat! This is a good decision..

do not go here!!! had a very small window replaced and they left dark glue all pver the edges of the window which looks terrible and did not clean up at all! left cement all over our wood floors and just discovered it all over the back of our couch cushipns after I was cut by a piece of glass on the couch! the window was not shattered, so there should not have been any broken glass inside the house. upon inspection we discovered more tiny glass fragments in the couch. this is absolutey unacceptable. I am no having to thoroughly inspect my dog who spends a lot of time on that part of the couch.

The glass shower door to one of my bathrooms randomly shattered over a year ago. I was not looking forward to the hassle of trying to find someone to come by, check it out, quote, not get back to me, finally get back to me, wait for materials to come in, install, and charge me way more than the quote because something, something… unforeseen complication, something, something.
After a year of living with a doorless shower, I finally caved and looked for someone to help me on Unilocal.After seeing the great reviews here, I called KJ at Easy Glass & Mirror. He was very nice and gave me a quote over the phone. He had 2 technicians come by the next day to take measurements. Within 5 working days they brought back a new shower door with a new handle (I had forgotten where I had hidden the original handle) and installed it within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The easy process and fast delivery were really appreciated!

Oh brother. We had a piece of glass, probably 9″ by 12″ from a cabinet door that we wanted replicated. As soon as we walked in to the place, the proprietor pointed to a sign that said ‘$ 15 minimum charge’, indicating to me that this little piece of plain glass would normally be somewhat less than $ 15, but we’d be on the hook for the full $ 15. We were already there, so we said okay and went off to breakfast while the glass was being cut.
We came back and thought we’d get a mirror or something to get our full $ 15 worth, but when we asked how much the glass would cost otherwise, he insisted that it was a full $ 15 — no room under the minimum for anything else. Amazing in a bad way.
Oh, by the way — no check, no debit, no credit card — cash only for anything less than a hundred bucks. And the transaction isn’t rung up on a register, the money goes into a cigar box or something… hmm.
TL;DR — glass was fine, but too expensive.
