History

Established in 2005.

. Savin Mobile Notary was established in January of ’05 to help people with their notarial needs. I am a retired Verizon technician from New York. I began my mobile notary service to help people who were looking to purchase or refinancing their homes. I bring the lender’s loan documents to them that need to be signed and notarized, then ship them back to escrow. I am a people person and enjoy what I do. I can also notarize all your other documents that require it. I am very flexable with my hours to accomodate your schedule. Give me a call when you need a notary. I would be happy to meet with you. Thanks… Harold Savin

Business Owner

Born in Bronx, New York, I lived most of my life in Brooklyn and Staten Island. I spent 3 years in the Army before I began my telephone career with New York Telephone (subsequently Nynex, Bell Atlantic then Verizon). Retired in 2002. Now a California Resident for 12 years. I began my mobile notary service to help people who weren’t able to travel to a notary, or who needed a document notarized at times when most places were closed.
