Nail’d It! Spa

Worst service ever. I walked in and told them I needed a pink and white fill and a spa pedicure. They said 10 – 15 minute wait. So I said okay and sat down. 25 minutes later they had me sit down in the pedicure seat. The lady came over and looked at my nails and said she doesn’t have time to do my nails today but they can do the pedicure and I can come another day to do my nails. I explained I have a 2 month old and 3 year old at home and have them being watched so I can do this. They still wouldn’t help me. So I got up and left and told them they lost a customer for life for lying and telling me they could help me. I would give a negative review if I could.

Howie is amazing! Cant say enough good things about him or this salon. The salon is really clean and everyone is friendly and professional.

Clean professionals worth the wait but appointment is recommended. I’m going no where else in simi now.

I love this place. I get the gel powder done by Howie. He is great. My nails always come out really nice.

I came in to get acrylics on and I’m very picky about how they look. I hate the bulky looking type and always strive to get the best natural look. Howie took such great care of me and took all of my suggestions seriously and did the best set I’ve ever had. He used the Organic gel which makes my nails feel so light! I’m so impressed and very pleased. Definitely found my new nail salon!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! I called and they took me at 6:30 and stayed until almost 8! I was having a nail emergency and they totally helped me! Not only did they take me when they didn’t have to… They were still amazing and nurturing! They took their time and made sure I was relaxed and taken care of! I will definitely be back!!! After three visits here this place has become my favorite nail spa in Simi. I usually get regular mani and pedi’s only so I can’t speak for gels or acrylics but every time I’ve been here I’ve never been disappointed. My favorite thing about this place is that I’m always asked if I like how my nails are turning out throughout the process (i.e. Nail shape, color shade, etc). They also have the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a nail salon, reasonable prices (I’m a college student so you can imagine), clean tools, relaxing atmosphere with the best Pandora music station playing, and a great nail polish color selection. Ask for Howie if it’s your first time here!

Howie is great! Not only with his work but as a person, he’s very sweet and always makes sure your comfortable and happy with your nails. Its hard to find good manicurists in Simi Valley so I’m very pleased I found him! Tina is great too, I haven’t tried anyone else but I like this place because of CLEANLINESS, everything is clean and they always open a new set of tools for each customer. Definitely my go to nail spot.

Salon is very clean, staff is lovely and patient, will take their time on each customer, I have gone back with Lynn who only works Sat & Sun yet salon is open all week.

I was quite happy with this new nail salon. They line the spa baths with plastic liners that are disposed of after each use and the tools are opened clean in front of you. The staff are all quite friendly and do a good job. I had both a manicure and pedicure and was impressed at the time they took to complete each one, they didn’t rush through it like other nail salons. I will be revisiting this shop.

The lady that did my nails was great! The best I’ve had and she continuously asked if I liked what she’s doing or if there was something I wanted done or changed. She knew I had a time limit so she was fast and efficient. Then they started getting busy and she was bouncing from me to another woman which I was fine with. Then she started making calls to clients who left her a voicemail while she was doing my nail. She was still fast but she was no longer efficient.
I went in for a simple french tip with red underlining it. She red line wasn’t dry enough so it got on the white, she fixed the 1 nail but didn’t bother to do the rest and she even missed some spots on the top coat so I ended up fixing it myself.
I got my eyebrows done as well but from another lady and she did good and also gave me a little massage which was nice. She was precise about her work. I went to pay and the lady who did my nail ended up adding another top coat as I was walking out which I had to wait to dry and ended up denting some nail polish getting my keys out of my purse and I ended up late.
I’m willing to give them another shot since they got so many good reviews, I just wont be going there during their busy time and probably wont be getting the same lady. Apparently they’re empty in the morning so I’ll see how that goes and they were pricey compared to other places I’ve gone and they’ve done better even when they’re busy.

1) For a $ 35 fill in I expect that my nails will at least come out STRAIGHT and not wavy. The tops of all my nails look like ~
2) A few of my nails also «cave in» and are uneven.
3) The paint job is not even.
4) I also asked for a manicure to clean up the cuticle /​dead skin on the sides of the nails. This botched fill-​in took an hour and a half so I said screw it to the manicure.
5) each nail has a different and noticeable thickness
Gave 2 stars for his patience and kindness but the quality is crap.

Rose is incredible! I would follow her to wherever she goes! If you want your nails to get tons of compliments… go to Rose! The nail salon is clean, nicely decorated and ROSE is the BEST!

This place is awsome! I got a gel manicure and Lynn literly went through every finger nail to make sure it was even! I highly recommend it!

Love the new shop! Rose is the best. Very fast and my nails last more than 3 weeks! Reasonable prices too!

I really appreciate the care for cleanliness here. They use a new plastic liner in the tubs for spa pedicures and it appeared that they use new tools for each person, they were in an unopened package although I did not see what she did with them afterward. Linn did my pedicure and I am happy with the result. She was very sweet as well. The manicure was done by a different lady, didn’t get her name, and it is pretty decent, a few little mess ups but nothing that ruins the overall aesthetic. I would have liked more care in the massage portion, it’s probably my favorite part and it was a bit lacking, particularly during the manicure. Overall, clean and affordable and pleasing! Thank you!

I came here for the first time over the weekend and I have to say it’s one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in Simi Valley. I’m honestly jealous that I don’t live here anymore. I wish there was one in Santa Monica.
The lady who did my nails (I think her name was Natalie) was so kind and friendly towards me. She took the time to walk over to the magazines and bring me a stack so I wouldn’t get bored during the time she was doing my nails.
And she did a phenomenal job on my spa pedicure. I asked her for a white color with a light pink flower and with the help of her coworkers she found the exact shade of light pink I was looking for. Then, she was so meticulous in doing my nails and took the time to make sure it looked perfect.
I honestly can’t stop looking at my toes and it’s already been a couple of days. The design is so clean and it looks professional.
I definitely will be coming back here every time I am in town. You can tell that the staff are caring, intelligent people and the place is so clean. And it was only $ 17 for a spa pedicure. That’s a steal in my neighborhood. Especially for an amazing pedicure.

This is THE BEST nail salon around! I was so impressed, first by the cleanliness. Tina and Howie are great! Howie spent extra time to make sure the gel color on my nails was perfect. First time I ever received 3 coats of polish and 2 coats of top coat. Tina gave me The BEST flower on my toes that I’ve EVER had!!! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon!!!

My mom and I came here for pedicures. We were greeted with friendly smiles and a very clean salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Impressive nail polish color selection, Massaging chairs, wonderful pleasant polite people. Tina, Rosa, and peter were great. They took their time, were gentle, and did a beautiful job. We are definitely coming back!

Read about this place from friends on facebook, they are BRAND NEW! Two ladies from another salon opened up one of their own, i believe its Tina&Rose? They are both sooooo sweet and friendly, i went in before my bridal shower and we had a great time and my nails turned out perfect. Everything is nice and clean… and NEW! I will definitely be back.
