My wife and I were just married on 3÷5÷16 and Meg was our week of coordinator for our reception only (the church venue came with a coordinator). After reading Cindy P’s review, I’m simply just going to piggyback her glowing review.

I copied the above statements from Cindy P’s review because Meg did exactly these things and more. When you read that Meg goes «above and beyond», this is true. When my wife and I were taking a short break between the ceremony & the reception to grab some things from our hotel room, I went in to find our room was cleaned and Meg had left a bottle of champagne (which we quickly guzzled haha).
Literally, the transition from the church ceremony to the reception was FLAWLESS. Never once did my wife and I ever wonder what was going on, who was wHere, what was next. There were no hiccups or bumps in the road and if there was, my wife and I certainly didn’t know about it. My vendors were VERY impressed with her timeline guide she provided them for the order of events for the reception.
I could honestly write so much more about Meg, but hey, I’m a guy and I like to keep things short (and my attention span won’t let me continue).
My wife and I were SO impressed with the work Meg & Mary did for us. We could not imagine the chaos we would have had to deal with if we didn’t hire Meg. Her & Mary were such an important part of our reception. The night went by so fast and if I could do it over, I definitely would have grabbed the mic and gave Meg & Mary a standing ovation for all the work they put into our special night. #FLAWLESS

Meg, what can I say?! I only hired Meg as my day of coordinator. I’m a bit OCD and wanted all control so opted to do it myself. However, I tell all my unmarried friends not to follow in my footsteps if at all avoidable and that they must call Meg! Although technically she was only the Day Of, I was emailing her months before with questions that she always promptly answered. The day of rehearsal she just took the horse by the reigns (Like the pun Meg seeing where we were?) and was so professional and organized. The day of my wedding I never once found myself asking where anything or anybody was. Never once felt the need to walk into the reception area to make sure all the items I gave her were where I wanted them. Never once worried enough to let my OCD take over and check on things beforehand. I knew that there was no need. The photos from our photographer showing what the room looked like before all the guests arrived is simply stunning and Meg was right on point with all my requests. I have to say she brought me to tears but not until the next morning. I had a poster size photo printed of my dad and I to be displayed during the father /​daughter dance as he passed away 17 years ago. I had it printed up on poster board and I was ok with it being displayed as is. It wasn’t until the next morning as we were packing up the car that I noticed it had been framed before the wedding. I knew it could have been none other than Meg. Feeling it needed that extra little touch, she took it upon herself to have it framed before being displayed. When she needed my husband and I to be somewhere for a scheduled event (garter, bouquet, cake, etc) she definitely came to find us, but she never became pushy or intrusive. There was absolutely nothing to do but say goodbye to our guests and drive away. I highly recommend Meg for any event you may have as I plan on contacting her next year when we throw a 1 year anniversary party! Thanks again Meg for everything!

Meg was our event coordinator at our wedding last weekend at Sherwood Country Club. She did an amazing job! We could not have asked for the night to go any smoother. I had a candy bar set up and she even brought in some of her own stands to make it look fantastic. Throughout the whole evening, she made sure I was okay and at the end, everything was all packed up and loaded into our car. I didn’t even notice when all of that was taking place. The tool on my dress started to unravel so I went into the bridal suite to figure out how to fix it and she came to the rescue pinning it up. She is super organized and has a cheery personality. My husband was really impressed with everything she did and even commented a few times after the wedding how she went above and beyond the duties of a coordinator. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

What a weddingsaver! Meg and her crew are exemplary! Her expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the planning and execution of the event! As a result, we had a stress-​free wedding on the day… the un ending resources, last minute changes, and dealing with all kinds of crazy unexpected variables… what a pro!
Bottom line: Worth any price!

Events by M and M is exceptional! Meg and her staff are very organized and detail oriented when it comes to events, and it always shows. I’ve worked with them for many years now and have always appreciated the good work that they do. Meg is extremely good at working with what she has, and is very quick at making the right decision when needed. I would trust any event that I’m working on to Events by M and M.

M&M Events helped me make my wedding stress free and allowed me to sit back and enjoy the day. Everyone is wonderful to work with and are on top of their game. I would highly recommend using them for any major event.

Meg and her team are absolutely wonderful! They made my wedding completely stress free and handled any day-​of problems efficiently. They are all incredibly nice and supportive, along with being very good at their jobs. It was great being able to refer vendor/​guest questions to them and come to them with any concerns of my own. I was able to fully enjoy my special day because I had no doubt that they were on top of everything, and my ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! I am so glad we decided to use Events by M and M and would refer Meg to any bride to be. It was the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. :)

Meg was absolutely outstanding. I left everything in her hands and enjoyed my wedding prep day with my bridesmaids with mimosas. She exceeded my expectations. This was truly an investment and well worth it. My family absolutely loved her and could not stop raving about her. I received so many inquiries as to how I found her, and it was by sheer luck online during my search engine for a wedding coordinator. From the moment I spoke with her, her personality was an absolute delight, I knew she was it, and she went above and beyond. She is a catch!

I don’t know what Meg charges but she could get any price! She was more than efficient– she was above efficient. Meg and her helper were nice, (thank you for that) meg was constantly looking for things to do scanning guests to see if things were out of place. Meg was doing her job and looking to do anyone else to make things right, seriously as a photographer you have no idea how important wedding coordinators are. I highly recommend this vender and I rarely find people who are worth their money and meg def is, no doubt she made this bride very happy!

Meg was very helpful in getting resources for our wedding, even with unique request such as a electric violinist. She was resourceful and quick to met our requests! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in So Cal area!

Meg is very professional and helpful. She helped me let go and relax after just talking to her on the phone. She pointed me in the direction of my venue and has just tons of great ideas! I would recommend her to anyone! I even had mentioned her to a vendor and they knew her right away and had nothing but rave reviews from their experiences with her.

We were so impressed with Meg! We actually started out with a different wedding planner and ended up letting her go because she was not cutting it. Meg is professional, on top of things and has a very creative eye. We will recommend her to any and all of of friends and family getting married in the future. We could not have done it without her!!! If you are looking for a planner you dont have to babysit or check up on, look no further. Meg will get it done. And if you thought your vision for your special day was pretty in your head just wait till Meg gets though with it and you will be astonished! She really does great work.

Words cannot express my gratitude towards you Me What you did for me and my family throughout this journey is simply priceless. You are so wonderful to work with, and you saw my vision for that day just as I did. We truly appreciate all that you did, especially your willingness to satisfy 275 peoples wants and needs, and not ever one complaint… Nothing was ever a burden for you. I never felt stressed out on my wedding day, as I just breezed through it and knew that everything was taken care of. I cannot thank you enough. I would highly recommend you and your team for any event, big or small.
