‘Cause We Can Events was born from the idea that events consume a lot of resources to produce so we work on designing your event with as much Eco Chic décor as we can and by using local vendors such as caterers and florists to make the event enjoyable for both guests and Mother Nature. We specialize in outdoor venues (gardens, campgrounds, beach and mountains!)

History

Established in 2012.

Found and Event Planner, Gabrielle N, was born and raised in a small French town outside Montréal, Québec. In fall 2010 she drove to Manhattan Beach, CA to live her dream of being an event planner and to soak up some sun!

‘Cause We Can Events was born from the idea that events consume a lot of resources, people and money to produce and by hiring local vendors, inviting volunteers to help and raising funds for a cause, we can do our part in helping the planet and our local community, enjoy a fabulous evening of food and entertainment and inspire others to do their part.

Meet the Business Owner

Gabrielle N.

Business Owner

Gabrielle was born and raised in a small French town outside Montréal, Québec. Bilingual in French and English since Day 1, she got her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Canada’s bilingual University, the University of Ottawa.

After volunteering to plan the 25^th annual Marketing Competition and Gala, Gabrielle found her calling in the event industry. Since then, with her dual citizenship, she drove across the continent and moved to sunny California where she gained experience through interning with event planners in Pasadena.

In March 2012, she was hired on as as Special Events Assistant with the Catalina Island Conservancy and assisted in the planning, organizing and coordinating of the Annual Fundraising Ball, the Wild Side Art Show and the 8^th Annual California Islands Symposium.

That same year, she took a giant leap and started an small event planning business that brings together great events and even greater causes.
