This Kiosk is a pathetic joke, and truthfully doesn’t even deserve half a star… DONOTGOHERE! Save yourself the time and frustration. My husband and I have been given the run around(have had THREE sepeperate insidences of them messing up and US getting screwed) by pretty much every single unprofessional employee to unfortunately be employed here. They have no control/ability to modify basically ANY billing or account details, and will repetitively just tell you to contact the sprint call center. Even though it was them who made the mistake(s) in the first place. If you want better, more helpful, customer service you will probably find it through a teenager working at your local fast food restaurant before you find it here. Save yourself the trouble and dont switch to Sprint in the first place. You’ll probably end up regretting it anyway, like we are right now.

As a loyal Sprint customer I would NOT recommend anyone to seek services at this Sprint kiosk. The associates are very unprofessional, and customer service is not their priority esp their manager.

I need to start by saying that I received amazing service. The reason that I am rating this business so low is that I started a contract with them under the premise that I was eligible for a contract discount, and three days later receive a message from Sprint that they will not honor the discount that was mentioned because the plan that I had chosen is «not eligible» for any discounts. Had I initially known this, I would have chosen a different cell phone provider since they all offer a similar discount to people such as myself. When someone gets into a contract with a business and is prepared to spend a decent portion of money in that contract, ignorance with regards to applicable services and discounts is not acceptable. In fairness, I have not had a chance to discuss this with the store, and am currently writing this review shortly after receiving the denial from Sprint with regards to my company discount. In the event that this issue is rectified I will ensure that I update this post accordingly. However, I would urge any future customers that chose this business to validate any applicable promotions with Sprint prior to signing up with this kiosk.
