History
Established in 1985.
Raised by Russian parents in California. Began career as a personal interpreter for a human rights activist. Joined Language Services at the US State Department as a contractor in 1989. Have traveled to countries of the former Soviet Union (FSU) over 40 times. Worked throughout the United States covering 48 states.
