History

Established in 2007.

After spending many years developing residential real estate, utilizing the services of several local architects and contractors, I became increasingly frustrated with a pervasive standard of mediocrity. I always believed that it should be possible to build more quickly, to a higher quality standard, and at a lower cost. I refused to believe that the construction process was inevitably an endless procession of delays and change orders.

Ultimately, I set out to prove just that, and began recruiting some of the hardest-​working, most talented craftsmen, tradesmen, and designers in town. After spending many years perfecting our process on our own development projects, The Long Beach Company was born as an alternative for every homeowner who has experienced similar frustrations. We have maintained our commitment to sharpen our tools on a daily basis, and to always respect the privilege and the responsibility of building you the home of your dreams.
