History

Established in 1996.

Our company was started with an initial focus on commercial buildings in Everett, Washington. In 1998, we moved to Mercer Island and turned our attention almost to include the residential market. Real people, their homes, and their businesses became our passion. With a change of ownership in 2010, we moved for a few years to Seattle before settling in Shoreline in 2013 where we continue to serve Greater Seattle and the Eastside. We have grown steadily in spite of the recession, thanks in large part to a wonderful staff that lives out our mission and clients who feel its impact.

Meet the Business Owner

Keith S.

Business Owner

Keith began window cleaning while attending high-​school in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to college in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his BA in Business. He moved to Saint Louis and continued cleaning windows through grad school. After earning his master’s degree, Keith moved to Seattle where he began working for Evergreen as an employee. He met his wife, Julianne, not long afterward. In 2010, Keith and Julianne purchased Evergreen from Kreg Koelling. When he’s not working with the Evergreen team, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, reading, writing, and playing guitar.
