Established in 1989.

Clear Skies started in 1989 providing window cleaning services in Seattle and the surrounding areas for both residential homes and small commercial buildings. Now we perform so many cleaning service like gutter cleaning, moss treatments, dryer cleaning, and power washing. Check out our site and please read our reviews. I try to love all that I do including the work I perform. Whether it’s your windows, roof treatment for moss, or gutters getting cleaned, I do my best and always remind myself to treat pricing and your house as if it was my home. When I get a chance I like to travel and go somewhere fun once a year. I hope to make it to India, Asia, and Africa in the next 5 – 10 years. I have been to Central America several times and Russia for a month 3 times. When I’m not working or traveling I love to research the origins of religions and watch documentaries in the warmth of my home. I have recently started to do yoga and meditate. Please feel free to ask me questions or speak freely on these subjects or any other. I always do my best to get to know clients and hopefully you feel you know me some by the time we have completed business.

These guys did a great job of cleaning the roof and gutters of my house and the roof and gutters of the Bikur Cholim synagogue buildings. We inadvertantly overpaid, and they called me to let me know and to issue a prompt refund. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Clear Skies clean our roof and gutters. There was some scheduling issue initially but Clear Skies was able to quickly reschedule us for the cleaning service. The technician arrived on time and finished the job in about 2 hours as expected. He asked us if we wanted to install screens between the gutters and the downspouts to prevent clogged downspouts in the future. We said yes and he was able to take care of that while he was finishing up the cleaning work.
We received the electronic invoice on the same day after the work was done. The invoice had some errors in the first place due to our initial scheduling issue which might have caused some confusion in their billing system. We responded to the owner and asked him to send us the updated invoice. He responded very promptly and got everything straightened out. We then paid the invoice online. Overall the process was pretty smooth.
A couple of days later, as it was raining pretty hard we noticed that one of the elbows that connected the gutter and the downspout was loosen. So the rain was dripping and sprinkling from that loosen part instead of flowing down the downspout. We thought that was probably caused by the recent gutter cleaning work, so we contacted Clear Skies and asked if they could send their technician back and fix the problem. The next day their crew came back and fixed that problem without extra charges. They were very friendly and apologized for causing any inconvenience.
This was our first experience using Clear Skies. We think they offer great customer services and we will absolutely choose them again in the future!

Clear Skies came to clean our roof and gutters this month. Setting up with appointment was easy. Tim even called me twice to make sure the time will work for me. They sent me a reminder a few days before the service day. The technician arrived on time and worked really hard on the cleaning project. He was meticulous and professional. I highly recommend them. I am considering hiring them to clean up my windows in spring.

I had an emergency situation with gutters overflowing and water seeping into my home! Called Clear Skies and they were there that afternoon! I booked with Mas about 10am and at 3pm arrived Jonathan and Davinci. You cannot ask for better service than that. They moved their schedule around for me. Excellent job and clean-​up. We had Clear Skies wash all of our windows inside and out. They were right on time, meticulous, professional, and fast working. Their estimate was also spot on with what we ended up paying. They also clean screens, which is something to think about if you’re having them do your windows. We had three years worth of grime on everything and now it all looks great.

Just got my exterior windows cleaned. He did a great job and was very through (not just spray and squiggy). I had him look at my gutters too and he was about to complete that as well. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I was running a tight schedule because of a landscaping project, and Clear Skies graciously fit me into their already busy week to come out and de-​moss my roof. Brought them back after the landscaping for a pressure-​wash to remove the moss and landscaping debris from the pavement in front of my garage. Exceptionally pleasant and hard working with excellent results. Well worth the money.

I found Clear Skies on Unilocal and they were great. The worker was a little early and I was just leaving for a couple hours. When I returned, everything was done, and my husband said the guy was great. I corresponded with the owner, Tim, via e-​mail to handle everything. Would highly recommend to anyone. They cleaned the gutters, handled the moss on the roof, applied the moss solution, cleaned the skylight and cleaned up after themselves.

Ive used Clear Skies a couple of times now — in my older home in West Seattle and our new home in Renton. We have a TON of windows in our home in Renton — far more than I can keep up with –Jonathan set us up with DaVinici and DaVinci did an amazing job on not only our windows, but our gutters AND our roof moss. We didnt realize just how dirty it all was.
Customer service is great, responsive, thorough, cleaned up afterwards, professional and ON TIME!
Would highly recommend.

This guy understands Customer Service! Very friendly on the phone and promptly got back to us when he had viewed the roof and gutters to be cleaned. While doing the cleaning, he called to tell us he had found a tool from a workman on the roof, and told us where he hid it on the property! Very satisfied, and we will use him again!

We have always done our own gutters but decided to hire someone this year. That decision was only made better by the fact that I selected Clear Skies. Davinci did an amazing job with the gutters and moss on the roof. And to my surprise, his clean up was thorough and way beyond my expectations. Their price is very good for the services received. I called these guys based on reviews here on Unilocal.I needed someone to work on my roof to remove moss and clean gutters in time for putting it on the market. I had another company lined up but they couldn’t make it and at the last minute I really needed help. Clear Skies not only fit me in to a very tight schedule, but they did a terrific job. This company is terrific and I am grateful for their fast and fabulous job!

Reached out to these guys for gutter cleaning and roof clearing services. Just had some light moss on the roof that needed cleared off. Sent a request for a quote through their website and got a response back within 24 hours or so with a full quote. I called on a Saturday to set up a time for them to come out and they were able to come out that next Monday which I was very happy about.
I didn’t even have to be home for them to complete the work, which was very nice and they were even mindful of my dogs, which were out in the yard (and I’m sure were barking at them the whole time).
They completely cleaned out our gutters, cleaned off the roof and laid down Zinc powder to clear off any remaining moss the next time it rains. They also did a very good job of cleaning up. There was no trace of any debris from them clearing our gutters which had accumulated quite a bit of gunk. They even cleared our front porch and lawn area of leaves that had accumulated since I last cleaned up over the weekend! That was very unexpected, but a pleasant surprise when I got home.
They also provided the invoice right after completion and it was the exact price of the quote! That may not sound like a big deal, but that’s probably the first time that’s happened since we’ve owned our home as other companies always ended up charging a little more than the quote.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service they provided and will likely be using them every year from now on!

Had these guys come out to clan my gutters to my 3 story townhome today, as we just moved in March and with the coming of fall noticed that our gutters needed quite a bit of love. Well, they actually came a half hour early (yay!) and did a great job. Apparently we also had quite a bit of moss growing on the roof — the guy took a picture on his phone and came down and showed me. He scraped off the moss, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned our skylights (each one was an additional charge but I hadn’t signed up for any of these services ahead of time). He even fixed our older neighbor’s gutter, which was hanging low, free of charge (!!!). He cleaned up extremely well, couldn’t even tell that all the crap that came off the roof was ever in my yard. I would 100% use them again!

DaVinci just left and I couldn’t be happier with service provided. He was very personable and worked his tail off today! The scheduling process was easy and the rates are extremely reasonable. They also have options for a couple levels of cleaning, so you aren’t paying a set rate if you just want the basic service and you can decide if you want to pay for extra cleaning. Low pressure/​no pressure sales approach on the upsell.
They clean without pressure washing, saving wear and tear on your roof. Afterwards DaVinci cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there (ok…the deck may have actually been cleaner after he was finished).
Overall they did a great job and I am extremely pleased with the services rendered. I will definitely call them again next time I need my roof cleaned. Could not give a stronger recommendation. A++++
