We all love Melissa! She is patient and loving and it’s very obvious she is an animal person. If it’s too hot for a walk, she will just play with them. She house sat for the first time and my house was neater than when I left! My schedule tends to fluctuate and she is flexible and works with me! My dogs love her and my newest rescue can be rather challenging and she has won him over! I would highly recommend her… And so would my dogs, if they could type!

Highly, highly recommend Melissa. She returns calls, shows up when she says she will, is anxious to please. It took me a while to find someone I could trust with my two precious, spoiled greyhounds. So happy to have her. You can see right away she is a «dog person,» and the dogs seem to love her instinctively. She has sat overnight for me several times, too. Every time I return, I get this look from my dogs that says oh, you’re back? Always have the feeling they would love to have her stay! Just have never been able to find anyone better. She is naturally cheerful and I totally trust her with everything.
You will be doing yourself a favor by meeting her and hiring her.

I have had Melissa pet-​sit for us many, many times and have always been very happy. I always come home to find our dog relaxed and well taken care of. Melissa is great about communicating with us by text throughout our trips to help put our mind at ease. She was our first pet sitter after we got our first dog, and she made the process very simple and comfortable for us. It’s always comforting to know she is looking out for the house and that she’s always let us know if anything is amiss. She even strips the bed and washes the sheets before she leaves! She is always our first choice for pet sitting when we go out of town.

Walk With the Animals is a fantastic service! My dogs are like my children, and they’re a bit of a rowdy bunch. I have a pit bull, a bulldog, and a chi-​terrier mix and they ALL LOVE Melissa! She is an incredibly conscientious pet walker and is devoted to walking them, keeping them happy, and is attentive to their unique personalities and needs all the while. It is nice to know that my husband and I can be away from home without worrying about our dogs or their exercise needs. I highly recommend Melissa and her service. She loves animals and she really cares about her clients (furry and human!).

Melissa is the best! She has taken great care of our three large dogs who all love her. She is especially caring for our 15 year old Labrador with whom she sits and plays– the best part of his day! Melissa is the most reliable support we have ever had and we highly recommend her.
